Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma wzoru bez oznaczania jego kolorów. The industrial design sought for protection is shown in Figure 1, Figure 1a, and Figure 1b, where Figure 1 illustrates the design in a perspective view from the side and top, Figure 1a illustrates the design in a top view, and Figure 1b illustrates the design in a perspective view from the side and bottom. The form of the design is sought for protection, without designating its colors. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b, i.e. a lamp shade, is that: - the shade resembles a laterally flattened cylinder, so that its upper base, when viewed from above, resembles a rectangle whose shorter sides are rounded, and - a central circular hole is made in the upper surface of the shade base; - the lower base of the shade has been removed; - the edges connecting the upper base of the shade to the side walls are slightly rounded.
