Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, fig. 1a i fig. 1b, przy czym fig. 1 ilustruje wzór w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i od góry, fig. 1a - ilustruje wzór w widoku z góry, zas fig. 1b - ilustruje wzór w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i od spodu. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma wzoru bez oznaczania jego kolorów. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a glass shade for lighting lamps. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b, where Fig. 1 illustrates the design in a perspective view from the side and from above, Fig. 1a - illustrates the design in a top view, and Fig. .1b - illustrates the pattern in perspective view from the side and bottom. The form of the design is submitted for protection without marking its colors. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b, i.e. the lamp shade, is that: - the lampshade resembles a laterally flattened cylinder, so that its upper base in the view from the top resembles a rectangle whose shorter sides are rounded, with a central round hole made in the upper surface of the lampshade base; - the lower base of the lampshade has been removed; - the edges connecting the upper base of the lampshade with the side walls are slightly rounded.
