Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakladka na znicz przeznaczona do oslony znicza przed niekorzystnymi warunkami pogodowymi zwlaszcza przed wiatrem i deszczem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznym ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego oraz jego wzornictwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji na której Fig. 1 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w widoku z boku. Nakladka na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryle zasadniczo zwezajaca sie u dolu, przypominajaca swym ksztaltem okwiat storczyka, przy czym okwiat storczyka ulozony jest pochylo od lewej do prawej strony wzoru przemyslowego. Okwiat storczyka posiada rozlozyste platki przypominajace swym ksztaltem sercowate liscie lipy, zachodzace na siebie i wywiniete na zewnatrz ze znacznie mniejszymi platkami umieszczonymi w centralnej czesci okwiatu, ulozonymi w ten sposób, ze przypominaja swym ksztaltem, w widoku z góry, krople wody. Nakladka na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonana ze szkla, aluminium oraz tworzyw sztucznych w jednym kolorze badz w róznych zestawieniach kolorystycznych. The essence of the industrial design is its new and unique form, manifested in the distinctive line layout of the industrial design and its design. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the votive candle holder from above, Fig. 2 shows the votive candle holder from a perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the votive candle holder from a side view. According to the industrial design, the votive candle holder is a solid shape that tapers substantially at the bottom, resembling the perianth of an orchid, with the perianth arranged sloping from the left to the right side of the industrial design. The orchid's perianth has spreading petals resembling the heart-shaped leaves of a linden tree, overlapping and curling outward, with significantly smaller petals located in the central part of the perianth, arranged in such a way that their shape, when viewed from above, resembles water droplets. A candle holder based on an industrial design can be made of glass, aluminum, or plastic in a single color or in various color combinations.
