Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakladka na znicz przeznaczona do oslony znicza przed niekorzystnymi warunkami pogodowymi zwlaszcza przed wiatrem i deszczem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznym ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego oraz jego wzornictwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji na której Fig. 1 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w widoku z boku. Nakladka na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryle zasadniczo zwezajaca sie u dolu, przypominajaca swym ksztaltem okwiat kalii, przy czym okwiat kalii ulozony jest pochylo od lewej do prawej strony wzoru przemyslowego w widoku z boku. Okwiat kalii posiada lódkowaty ksztalt utworzony z platka, którego konce wywiniete sa na zewnatrz. Platek zbiega sie po lewej stronie okwiatu poziome zgrubienie w ksztalcie falistej linii, rozciagajace sie od zewnetrznej strony platka do jego centralnej czesci. W centralnej czesci okwiat posiada podluzna kolbe ulozona poziomo na prawej czesci okwiatu. Nakladka na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonana ze szkla, aluminium oraz tworzyw sztucznych w jednym kolorze badz w róznych zestawieniach kolorystycznych. The essence of the industrial design is its new and unique form, manifested in the distinctive line layout of the industrial design and its design. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the votive candle holder from above, Fig. 2 shows the votive candle holder from a perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the votive candle holder from a side view. According to the industrial design, the votive candle holder is a shape that generally tapers at the bottom, resembling the perianth of a calla lily, with the perianth arranged sloping from the left to the right side of the industrial design in a side view. The calla lily flower has a boat-shaped shape, formed by a petal whose ends are curled outward. The petal converges on the left side of the perianth, forming a horizontal thickening in the shape of a wavy line, extending from the outer side of the petal to its central part. In the central part of the perianth, the perianth has an elongated spadix arranged horizontally on the right side of the perianth. The industrial design candle holder can be made of glass, aluminum, or plastic in a single color or in various color combinations.
