Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakladka na znicz przeznaczona do oslony znicza przed niekorzystnymi warunkami pogodowymi zwlaszcza przed wiatrem i deszczem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego oraz jego wzornictwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w pierwszej i w drugiej odmianie w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w pierwszej i w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z dolu, Fig. 4 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z boku, Fig. 5 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w drugiej odmianie w widoku z dolu, Fig. 6 przedstawia nakladke na znicz w drugiej odmianie w widoku z boku. We wszystkich odmianach wzoru przemyslowego nakladka na znicz stanowi pólkulista bryle, przypominajaca swym ksztaltem okwiat chryzantemy z pusta przestrzenia w srodku oraz okraglym otworem od dolu wzoru przemyslowego otoczonym kolnierzem z pionowymi szczelinami usytuowa- nymi symetrycznie na jego obwodzie. Kolnierz umozliwia usytuowanie wzoru przemyslowego na gór- nej czesci znicza. Okwiat chryzantemy sklada sie z obwodowych pasm utworzonych z szeregu styka- jacych sie i zachodzacych na siebie platków o podluznym ksztalcie, ulozonych naprzemiennie oraz z plaskiego kola otoczonego stykajacymi sie ze soba malymi kulkami, usytuowanego w centralnej czesci okwiatu. Na skraju platków okwiatu znajdujacych sie w poblizu jego centralnej czesci, nakladka na znicz, ma ulozone obwodowo male otwory - umozliwiajace wydobycie sie dymu z palacej sie swie- cy znicza. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, nakladka na znicz, w dolnej swej czesci przecho- dzi w szeroki kolnierz, poprzez nieco wklesla plaszczyzne o szerszym obwodzie od kolnierza, na któ- rej obwodowo, naprzemiennie usytuowane sa otwory: okragle, male oraz wieksze, owalne. Otwory te umozliwiaja wydobycie sie dymu z plonacego znicza. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, nakladka na znicz, w dolnej swej czesci przechodzi w waski kolnierz poprzez wypukla plaszczyzne o szerszym obwodzie od kolnierza na której usytuowa- ne sa obwodowo otwory: male oraz wieksze o owalnym ksztalcie, ulozone naprzemiennie. Otwory te umozliwiaja wydobycie sie dymu z plonacego znicza. Nakladka na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonana ze szkla, aluminium oraz tworzyw sztucznych w jednym kolorze badz w róznych zestawieniach kolorystycznych. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the characteristic arrangement of the lines of the industrial design and its design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the candle holder in the first and second variant in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the candle holder in the first and second variant in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the candle holder in the first variant in a bottom view, Fig. 4 shows the candle holder in the first variant in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the candle holder in the second variant in a bottom view, Fig. 6 shows the candle holder in the second variant in a side view. In all varieties of the industrial design, the candle attachment is a hemispherical shape, resembling the perianth of a chrysanthemum with an empty space in the middle and a round opening at the bottom of the industrial design surrounded by a collar with vertical slots placed symmetrically on its circumference. The collar allows the industrial design to be placed on the upper part of the candle. The chrysanthemum perianth consists of peripheral bands made of a series of adjoining and overlapping petals of an elongated shape, arranged alternately, and a flat circle surrounded by small balls adjoining each other, placed in the central part of the perianth. On the edge of the petals of the perianth located near its central part, the candle attachment has small holes arranged circumferentially - allowing smoke to escape from the burning candle. In the first version of the industrial design, the candle attachment, in its lower part, changes into a wide collar, through a slightly concave surface with a wider circumference than the collar, on which the following holes are arranged circumferentially, alternately: round, small and larger, oval. These holes allow smoke to escape from the burning candle. In the second version of the industrial design, the candle attachment, in its lower part, changes into a narrow collar through a convex surface with a wider circumference than the collar, on which the following holes are arranged circumferentially: small and larger, oval, arranged alternately. These holes allow smoke to escape from the burning candle. The candle holder according to the industrial design can be made of glass, aluminum and plastics in one color or in different color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design The candle holder according to the industrial design: - in all varieties of the industrial design it is a hemispherical shape, resembling the perianth of a chrysanthemum with an empty space in the middle and a round hole at the bottom of the industrial design surrounded by a collar with vertical slots located symmetrically on its circumference; - in all varieties of the industrial design, it has a chrysanthemum perianth consisting of peripheral bands formed from a series of touching and overlapping petals of an elongated shape, arranged alternately, and a flat circle surrounded by small balls touching each other, situated in the central part of the perianth; - in all varieties of the industrial design, it has small holes arranged circumferentially at the edge of the perianth petals located near its central part - allowing smoke from a burning grave candle to escape; - in the first variety of the industrial design, in its lower part, it passes into a wide collar, through a slightly concave plane with a wider circumference than the collar, on which circular, alternating holes are situated circumferentially: round, small and larger, oval; - in the second version of the industrial design, in its lower part, it passes into a narrow collar through a convex surface with a wider circumference than the collar, on which there are circumferential holes: small and larger, oval-shaped, arranged alternately.PL 20501 3 Illustration of the design Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6PL 20501 4 Department of Publishing UPRP PL PL PL PL PL
