Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka, zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrobkowy umiesz- czana wraz ze zniczem na grobach i plytach nagrobkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego oraz jego wzornictwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór prze- myslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku z góry, Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w wido- ku perspektywicznym. We wszystkich odmianach podstawka, zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrobkowy wedlug wzoru przemy- slowego jest w ksztalcie serca, przy czym górna powierzchnia wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt wy- pukly, zas jej sciany boczne na calym obwodzie wzoru przemyslowego przechodza prostopadle wy- pukle ku dolowi w ten sposób, ze umozliwiaja umiejscowienie podstawki, zwlaszcza pod znicz na- grobkowy na plaskim podlozu. Wzór przemyslowy po lewej stronie w swej górnej czesci posiada okra- gle puste pole o srednicy wiekszej od polowy wysokosci wzoru przemyslowego umozliwiajace umiej- scowienie w nim znicza badz swiecy. Po prawej stronie wzór przemyslowy posiada wneke o ksztalcie zblizonym do polowy serca, przy czym jego wewnetrzna krawedz ma nieregularny ksztalt oraz prze- zroczysta wypukla pokrywke o ksztalcie odpowiadajacym wnece. Krawedzie wneki na calym obwodzie wystaja ponad powierzchnie górnej powierzchni wzoru przemyslowego i posiadaja wyfrezowanie, które umozliwia umieszczenie przezroczystej wypuklej pokrywki. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, podstawka, zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrobkowy po- siada element zdobniczy umieszczony wewnatrz wneki skladajacy sie z trzech kwiatów przypominaja- cych lilie wraz z listkami, przy czym kwiaty o róznej wielkosci usytuowane sa jeden pod drugim, naj- mniejszy na dole, a najwiekszy na górze. Podstawka, zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrobkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wyko- nana z plastiku lub z innych tworzyw w róznych kolorach badz w róznych zestawieniach kolory- stycznych. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the characteristic shape, the arrangement of the industrial design lines, and its design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in its first variant in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in its first variant in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in its second variant in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the industrial design in its second variant in a perspective view. In all varieties, the stand, especially for grave candles based on the industrial design, is heart-shaped, with the upper surface of the industrial design convex, and its side walls extend perpendicularly downward along the entire circumference of the industrial design, allowing the stand, especially for grave candles, to be placed on a flat surface. The industrial design on the left has a round, empty space in its upper part with a diameter greater than half the height of the industrial design, allowing for the placement of a grave candle or candle. On the right, the industrial design has a recess roughly half a heart in shape, with its inner edge having an irregular shape and a transparent, convex cover with a shape corresponding to the recess. The edges of the recess extend above the top surface of the industrial design along its entire circumference and are milled to accommodate a transparent, convex lid. In the second variation of the industrial design, the stand, especially for a grave candle, has a decorative element placed inside the recess consisting of three flowers resembling lilies with leaves, with the flowers of different sizes arranged one below the other, the smallest at the bottom and the largest at the top. The stand, especially for a grave candle in an industrial design, can be made of plastic or other materials in various colors or color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design The stand, especially for a grave candle according to the industrial design, has: - in the first and second variants, a heart-shaped base with a convex upper surface and side walls which, along the entire circumference of the industrial design, are perpendicularly convex downwards in such a way that they enable the stand, especially for a grave candle, to be placed on a flat surface; - in the first and second variants, on the left side in its upper part, a round empty field with a diameter greater than half the height of the industrial design, enabling the placement of a grave candle in it; - in the first and second variants, on the right side, a recess with a shape similar to half a heart, with its inner edge having an irregular shape and a transparent convex cover with a shape corresponding to the recess; - in the first and second variants, the recess has milled edges around its entire circumference, which protrude above the upper surface of the industrial design and allow for the placement of a transparent convex lid; - in the second variant, a decorative element placed inside the recess consists of three flowers resembling lilies with leaves, with flowers of different sizes placed one below the other, the smallest at the bottom and the largest at the top.PL 20503 3 Illustration of the design Fig. 1 Fig. 2PL 20503 4 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
