Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrobkowy umiesz- czana wraz ze zniczem badz swieca na grobach i plytach nagrobkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego oraz jego wzornictwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór prze- myslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym. We wszystkich odmianach podstawka zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrobkowy wedlug wzoru przemy- slowego stanowi bryle przypominajaca swym wygladem zlaczone kolo z prostokatem - z lewej strony podstawki znajduje sie kolo, zas z prawej strony prostokat. Wewnatrz lewej powierzchni wzoru prze- myslowego, która jest w ksztalcie kola, umieszczono okragle puste pole umozliwiajace umiejscowienie w nim znicza badz swiecy, przy czym krawedzie okraglego pola wystaja ponad druga kwadratowa czesc wzoru przemyslowego. Po prawej stronie powierzchni podstawka zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrob- kowy, która jest w ksztalcie prostokata, posiada wneke w ksztalcie przypominajacym prostokat przy czym jej lewy bok stanowi luk wciety w srodek wneki - oraz przezroczysta wypukla przykrywke w ksztalcie odpowiadajacym wnece. Krawedzie wneki posiadaja wyfrezowanie umozliwiajace umiesz- czenie przezroczystej wypuklej pokrywki. Na bocznych scianach podstawki zwlaszcza pod znicz na- grobkowy usytuowano trójwymiarowe motywy pnacych roslin i lisci. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego - wewnatrz wneki znajduje sie zdobniczy motyw skladajacy sie z kwiatu rózy oraz wstega pod spodem i listkami u góry i dole zdobniczego motywu. Podstawka, zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrobkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wyko- nana z plastiku lub z innych tworzyw w róznych kolorach badz w róznych zestawieniach kolory- stycznych. The essence of an industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in its characteristic shape, the arrangement of lines of the industrial design and its design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in the first version in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in the first version in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in the second version in a perspective view prospective. In all varieties, the stand, especially for a tombstone candle, according to the industrial design, is a shape resembling a connected circle with a rectangle - on the left side of the stand there is a circle, and on the right side there is a rectangle. Inside the left surface of the industrial design, which is in the shape of a circle, there is a circular empty field enabling the placement of a torch or a candle there, with the edges of the circular field protruding above the second square part of the industrial design. On the right side of the surface, there is a stand, especially for a tombstone candle, which is rectangular in shape, has a recess resembling a rectangle, with its left side being an arch cut into the middle of the recess - and a transparent convex cover in a shape corresponding to the recess. The edges of the recess are milled to accommodate a transparent, convex lid. On the side walls of the stand, especially for the tombstone candle, there are three-dimensional motifs of climbing plants and leaves. In the second variation of the industrial pattern - inside the recess there is a decorative motif consisting of a rose flower and a ribbon underneath and leaves at the top and bottom of the decorative motif. A stand, especially for a tombstone candle according to an industrial design, can be made of plastic or other materials in different colors or color combinations.
