Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: - obudowa w ksztalcie scietego szescianu z zaokraglonymi krawedziami i narozami, - znajdujace sie z boku obudowy czajnika szesc przezroczystych okraglych okienek roz- mieszczonych pionowo w jednej linii z namalowanymi cyframi oznaczajacymi poziom wody, - znajdujacy sie z przodu czajnika wlot wody w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie trójkata o zaokraglonych narozach, - przykrywka w górnej czesci czajnika, która w widoku z góry posiada ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach z wyzlobieniem równoleglym do jednej z krawedzi jak pokazano na fig. 1, - w czesci tylnej na scietym boku obudowy znajduje sie uchwyt wygiety ku górnej czesci czajnika, - calosc obudowy ustawiona jest na podstawie w ksztalcie równolegloboku o podstawie prostokata z zaokraglonymi rogami, - uchwyt i podstawa czajnika sa w kolorze czarnym, a obudowa w kolorze bialym jak poka- zano na fig. 1, 2, 3. The cordless kettle according to the industrial design is shown in the illustrations, in which: - Fig. 1 shows an isometric view of the kettle from the front - from the water outlet side; - Fig. 2 shows an isometric view of the kettle from the back - from the side, with windows arranged vertically in a line with painted numbers from the bottom: 0.5; 0.7; 0.9; 1.1; 1.3; 1.5; - Fig. 3 shows an isometric view of the kettle from the front - from the side. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The essential features of the industrial design are: - a housing in the shape of a truncated cube with rounded edges and corners, - six transparent round windows located on the side of the kettle housing, arranged vertically in one line with painted numbers indicating the water level, - a water inlet located on the front of the kettle in the shape of a cuboid with a triangular base with rounded corners, - a lid in the upper part of the kettle, which in a top view has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners and a groove parallel to one of the edges as shown in Fig. 1, - in the rear part, on the truncated side of the housing, there is a handle bent towards the upper part of the kettle, - the entire housing is placed on a base in the shape of a parallelogram with a rectangular base with rounded corners, - the handle and the base of the kettle are in black and the housing in white as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3.
