The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, where Fig. 1 shows the flower pot in a perspective view from its longer side and slightly from above; Fig. 1a shows the flower pot in a perspective view; and Fig. 1b shows the flower pot in a perspective view from its narrower side and slightly from above. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b – the flowerpot – is that: – it is a three-dimensional element in the shape of a boat-shaped vessel, the upper outline of which resembles a strongly flattened and slightly laterally elongated oval; – the surface of this vessel, above its lower edge, rises upwards through an almost arched profile, merging into the side surface of the pot, which in its entirety resembles the silhouette of a boat. Whereby – when viewed from both sides – from the narrower side of the pot – its side surface, in relation to the bottom of the pot, is less inclined outward than the side surface visible from the two wider sides of the pot. Whereby – in the upper part of the pot, the side surface of the vessel rises almost vertically upward, merging into the rim of the pot. The three-dimensional form of the design without a color designation is being applied for protection.
