The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1 a, Fig. 1 b, and Fig. 1 c, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 1 a show the flower pot in a perspective view, except that in Fig. 1 a the flower pot is visible from below, while Fig. 1 b and Fig. 1 c show the flower pot from the side - as follows: Fig. 1 b - a view from the wider side of the flower pot, Fig. 1 c - from the narrower side of the flower pot. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1 a, Fig. 1 b and Fig. 1 c - flowerpots - is that: - it is a boat-shaped vessel whose lower outline resembles a strongly flattened oval; - the surface of this vessel, above its lower edge, slightly rises vertically upwards, in effect creating a bulge resembling a plinth, after which it passes in an arc into the side surface of the flowerpot, which in its entirety resembles the silhouette of a boat, wherein - in a side view - from the narrower side of the flowerpot - its side surface, in relation to the bulge, is less inclined outwards than the surface visible from the wider sides of the flowerpot; - the upper edge of the side surface of the vessel ends with a substantially horizontal, flat bulge, constituting the rim of the flowerpot.
