PL 23844 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka przeznaczona do umieszczania na zamknieciach kosmetyków. Nasadka nadaje atrakcyjny wyglad korkom, atomizerom itp. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie nasadki i materialu, z którego zostala wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok nasadki z widoczna sciana górna i sciana boczna, fig. 2 – widok nasadki z widocznymi dwoma scianami bocznymi, a fig. 3 – widok nasadki z góry. Nasadka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt wieloscianu powstajacego przez obciecie narozników prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu. Podstawa górna i podstawa dolna maja ksztalt osmiokatów, a cztery sciany boczne maja ksztalt szesciokatów. Pomiedzy kazdymi dwoma sasiadujacymi scianami bocznymi i sciana górna lub sciana boczna znajduje sie sciana w ksztalcie trójkata. W scianie dolnej znajduje sie wybranie. Nasadka wykonana jest z materialu przepuszczajacego swiatlo. The cap adds an attractive appearance to stoppers, atomizers, etc. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design are evident in the shape of the cap and the material from which it is made. The industrial design is illustrated in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the cap with the top and side walls visible, Fig. 2 shows a view of the cap with two side walls visible, and Fig. 3 shows a top view of the cap. According to the industrial design, the cap has the shape of a polyhedron created by cutting off the corners of a square-based cuboid. The top and bottom bases are octagonal, and the four side walls are hexagonal. Between each two adjacent side walls and the top or side wall, there is a triangular wall. The bottom wall has a recess.
