Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania wyrobów alkoholowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w perspektywie i widoku z przodu. Cecha istotna butelki jest to, ze ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie 1 szesciokata, które- go dwie prostokatne naprzeciwlegle pobocznice 2, sa prostopadle do podstawy 1, natomiast pobocz- nice 3, sa wklesle, na których jest wypukle zdobienie 4 o ksztalcie rombu, którego dwa górne boki 5 przechodza w wypukle zdobienie, skladajace sie z dwóch równolegle do siebie pionowo usytuowa- nych scianek 6, polaczonych u dolu wypuklym ksztaltem polówki elipsy 7, zas górna podstawa 8 ma ksztalt dwóch trójkatów scietych, polaczonych ze szyjka 9, na której osadzono nakretke 10 o ksztalcie odwróconego ostroslupa scietego, które pobocznice, sa wypukle, a podstawa jest plaska, jak przed- stawiono na fig. 1. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective and a front view. The essential feature of the bottle is that it has the shape of a cuboid with a base of 1 hexagon, the two opposite rectangular sides 2 of which are perpendicular to the base 1, while the sides 3 are concave, on which there is a convex decoration 4 in the shape of a rhombus, the two upper sides 5 of which pass into a convex decoration, consisting of two parallel vertical walls 6, connected at the bottom by a convex shape of half an ellipse 7, while the upper base 8 has the shape of two truncated triangles, connected to a neck 9, on which a cap 10 in the shape of an inverted truncated pyramid is mounted, the sides of which are convex, and the base is flat, as shown in fig. 1.
