Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania koloro- wych alkoholi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia w perspektywie butelke od strony plaskiej powierzchni, fig. 2 przedstawia w perspektywie butelke od wkleslej powierzchni, a fig. 3 przedstawia butelke w widoku od góry. Cecha istotna butelki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze pionowa scianka (1) jest plaska, zas pionowa scianka (2) stykajaca sie krawedzia ze scianka (1) uksztaltowana jest z trzech powierzchni i ma ksztalt zblizony do litery Z, natomiast scianka (3) i scianka (4) przeciwlegle do scianek (1) i (2) skladaja sie w pionie z dwóch powierzchni usytuowane do siebie wklesle tworzac kat rozwarty, natomiast podstawa dolna (5) i podstawa górna (6) usytuowane sa do siebie równolegle i maja ksztalt prostokata, a podstawa górna ma szyjke (7), przy czym wszystkie elementy butelki polaczone sa ze soba trwale, jak to pokazano na fig. 1, 2, 3. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective from the flat surface, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in perspective from the concave surface, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from above. An important feature of the bottle according to the industrial design is that the vertical wall (1) is flat, and the vertical wall (2) in contact with the wall (1) by its edge is formed of three surfaces and has a shape similar to the letter Z, while the wall (3) and the wall (4) opposite the walls (1) and (2) consist vertically of two surfaces arranged concavely to each other, creating an obtuse angle, while the lower base (5) and the upper base (6) are arranged parallel to each other and have a rectangular shape, and the upper base has a neck (7), and all the elements of the bottle are permanently connected to each other, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3.
