Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania kolorowych alkoholi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia w perspektywie butelke od strony szerszej powierzchni, fig. 2 przedstawia w perspektywie butelke od wezszej powierzchni, a fig. 3 przedstawia butelke w widoku od góry. Cecha istotna butelki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze jej szersze przeciwlegle pionowe powierzchnie (1) maja ksztalt zblizony do litery Z, zas wezsze przeciwlegle wklesle uksztaltowane powierzchnie (2) i (3) tworza kat rozwarty, przy czym ich usytuowanie w pionie jest zgodne z pionowym uksztaltowaniem krawedzi powierzchni (1), a podstawa dolna (4) i górna (5) maja ksztalt kwadratu, przy czym podstawa górna (5) ma szyjke (6), a wszystkie elementy butelki stanowia monolit, jak to pokazano na fig. 1, 2, i 3. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective from the wider side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in perspective from the narrow side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from above. An essential feature of the bottle according to the industrial design is that its wider opposite vertical surfaces (1) have a shape similar to the letter Z, while the narrower opposite concave shaped surfaces (2) and (3) form an obtuse angle, their vertical position being consistent with the vertical shape of the edge of the surface (1), and the lower base (4) and upper base (5) have a square shape, while the upper base (5) has a neck (6), and all the elements of the bottle constitute a monolith, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3.
