Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubek z dzióbkiem, przeznaczony do pakowania produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku: 1. odmiana I wzoru - fig. 1 - kubek w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - kubek odwrócony do góry dnem; 2. odmiana II wzoru - fig. 3 - kubek w widoku od strony dzióbka, fig. 4 - kubek odwrócony do góry dnem.Kubek wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt odwróconego stozka, scietego plaszczyzna podstawy. Sciana boczna kubka posiada uwypuklenie w ksztalcie dzióbka. W odmianie I wzoru dzióbek jest zarysowany na ksztalt prostokata, a stosunek wysokosci kubka do srednicy jego wlotu wynosi okolo 1,36. W odmianie II wzoru dzióbek jest zarysowany na ksztalt stylizowanej litery V, a stosunek wysokosci kubka do srednicy jego wlotu wynosi okolo 1,26. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony na formie metoda cisnieniowa lub wtryskowa. The subject of the industrial design is a mug with a spout, intended for packaging food products. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing: 1. variant I of the design - fig. 1 - mug in a side view, fig. 2 - mug turned upside down; 2. variant II of the design - fig. 3 - mug in a view from the spout side, fig. 4 - mug turned upside down. According to the design, the mug has the shape of an inverted cone, truncated by the plane of the base. The side wall of the mug has a convex shape in the shape of a spout. In pattern I, the spout is rectangular, and the ratio of the cup height to the diameter of its mouth is approximately 1.36. In pattern II, the spout is shaped like a stylized V, and the ratio of the cup height to the diameter of its mouth is approximately 1.26. On an industrial scale, the pattern can be reproduced in a mold using pressure or injection methods.
