Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubek z wneka, przeznaczony do pakowania produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku: 1. fig. 1 - kubek z wneka w widoku od strony podstawy 2. fig. 2 - kubek z wneka w widoku perspektywicznym. Kubek wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt odwróconego stozka, scietego plaszczyzna podstawy. W dnie kubka znajduje sie podluzna wneka, przeznaczona do umieszczenia sztucca. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony na formie metoda cisnieniowa lub wtryskowa. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest wneka, usytuowana w dnie kubka, przeznaczona do umieszczenia sztucca. The subject of the industrial design is a mug with a recess, intended for packaging food products. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing: 1. Fig. 1 - mug with a recess, view from the base 2. Fig. 2 - mug with a recess, perspective view. According to the design, the mug has the shape of an inverted cone, truncated by the plane of the base. In the bottom of the mug there is an elongated recess intended for placing cutlery. On an industrial scale, the design can be reproduced on a mould using the pressure or injection method.
