Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 21 maja 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony do pakowania produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku od podstawy. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru ma podstawe w ksztalcie regularnego, podluznego czworoboku o dluzszych scianach bocznych wypuklych, a krótszych wkleslych.Boczne sciany pojemnika nieznacznie zwezaja sie w kierunku podstawy, wszystkie jego krawedzie sa ostre. Wlot pojemnika jest wykonczony podwójnym kolnierzem. Od strony wewnetrznej kolnierz ma ksztalt identyczny z ksztaltem podstawy pojemnika, zas od strony zewnetrznej ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach. Od pojemników o podobnym przeznaczeniu pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyrózniaja nastepujace cechy: 1. sposób uksztaltowania scian bocznych - sciany dluzsze wypukle, sciany krótsze wklesle 2. podwójny kolnierz o dwoistym ksztalcie: od strony wewnetrznej - kolnierz ma ksztalt identyczny z ksztaltem podstawy, od strony zewnetrznej ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony na formie metoda cisnieniowa lub wtryskowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to sposób uksztaltowania scian bocznych, z których dluzsze sa uwypuklone, a krótsze wklesle oraz podwójny kolnierz o ksztalcie od strony wewnetrznej odpowiadajacym ksztaltowi podstawy, zas od zewnetrznej - majacy ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach. PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since May 21, 2002. The industrial design is a container intended for packaging food products. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the container from the base. The container, according to the design, has a base in the shape of a regular, elongated quadrilateral with convex longer side walls and concave shorter ones. The side walls of the container taper slightly towards the base, and all edges are sharp. The container mouth is finished with a double flange. On the inside, the collar is identical to the container's base, while on the outside, it is a rectangle with rounded corners. The following features distinguish industrial-design containers from containers with similar purposes: 1. the shape of the side walls—the longer walls are convex, the shorter walls are concave; 2. a double collar with a dual shape: on the inside, the collar is identical to the base, while on the outside, it is a rectangle with rounded corners. On an industrial scale, the pattern can be reproduced in a mold using pressure or injection molding. The essential features of the industrial design include the way the side walls are shaped, the longer ones being convex and the shorter ones concave, and the double collar, the inner shape of which corresponds to the shape of the base, while the outer shape is a rectangle with rounded tops.
