Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kapsula do przechowywania na przyklad produktów kosmetycznych. Istota wzoru jest nowa i oryginalna, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, forma plastyczna kapsuly, która w odniesieniu do znanych wczesniej kapsul przejawia sie w szczególnosci w oryginalnym uksztaltowaniu jej powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1.1 - przedstawia kapsule w widoku od strony zamkniecia; fig. 1.2 - przedstawia kapsule w widoku z boku; fig. 1.3 - przedstawia kapsule w widoku z góry; fig. 1.4 - przedstawia kapsule w widoku od strony zawiasu; a fig 1.5 - przedstawia kapsule w widoku z dolu.Podstawowe cechy kapsuly bedacej przedmiotem niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego sa nastepujace: 1. Kapsula w bocznej czesci zaopatrzona jest we wglebienie ulatwiajace otwieranie wieczka, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.1 i fig. 1.2 rysunku. 2. Kapsula zaopatrzona jest w wieczko umieszczone na 2/3 wysokosci kapsuly, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.1,1.2 i 1.4 rysunku. 3. Wieczko kapsuly osadzone jest na zawiasach, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.2,1.3,1.4 i 1.5 rysunku. 4. Kapsula w widoku z góry ma ksztalt kwadratu z nieznacznie lukowo wygietymi bokami, a wieczko ma koliste wglebienie, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.3 rysunku. 5. Kapsula w widoku z dolu ma ksztalt kwadratu z nieznacznie lukowo wygietymi bokami, a jej podstawa zaopatrzona jest w kola, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.5 rysunku. 6. Kapsula zaopatrzona jest w proste powierzchnie boczne, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.1,1.2 i 1.4 rysunku. The essence of the design is the capsule's new and original plastic form, suitable for repeated reproduction, which, in relation to previously known capsules, manifests itself in particular in the original shape of its surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1.1 shows the capsule viewed from the closure side; Fig. 1.2 shows the capsule viewed from the side; Fig. 1.3 shows the capsule viewed from the top; Fig. 1.4 shows the capsule viewed from the hinge side; and fig. 1.5 - shows the capsule in a bottom view. The basic features of the capsule which is the subject of this industrial design are as follows: 1. The capsule is provided with a recess in the side part to facilitate opening the lid, as shown in fig. 1.1 and fig. 1.2 of the drawing. 2. The capsule is provided with a lid located at 2/3 of the height of the capsule, as shown in figs. 1.1, 1.2 and 1.4 of the drawing. 3. The lid of the capsule is mounted on hinges, as shown in figs. 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 of the drawing. 4. The capsule in a top view has a square shape with slightly arched sides, and the lid has a circular recess, as shown in fig. 1.3 of the drawing. 5. The capsule, seen from below, has a square shape with slightly curved sides and its base is provided with wheels, as shown in Fig. 1.5 of the drawing. 6.
