Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 10 lutego 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przezna- czona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok z przodu pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 2 - przedstawia widok z boku pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 3 - przedstawia widok z przodu drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 4 - przedstawia widok z boku drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 5 - przedstawia widok dna butelek zobrazowanych na Fig. 1 - Fig. 4 oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, Fig. 6 - obrazujacej widok ogólny po skosie drugiej od- miany butelki.Butelka zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest uksztaltowana w formie kola scietego u dolu i wyposazonego u góry w osiowa szyjke wylewowa. Jej boki sa wy- pukle tak, ze w widoku z boku ma ona ksztalt elipsy scietej u dolu, który stanowi dno butelki. Przy czym w pierwszej odmianie butelki uwidocznionej na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 szyjka zaopatrzona jest w gwint, zas w drugiej odmianie butelki uwidocznionej na Fig. 3 i Fig. 4 szyjka zakonczona jest obwodowym zewnetrznym pierscieniem, Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki, uksztaltowanej w formie kola scietego u dolu i wyposazonego u góry w osiowa szyjke wylewowa. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfumes. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object is manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 - shows a front view of the first bottle variant, Fig. 2 - shows a side view of the first bottle variant, Fig. 3 - shows a front view of the second bottle variant, Fig. 4 - shows a side view of the second bottle variant, Fig. 5 - shows a view of the bottom of the bottles shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 4 and in the attached photograph, Fig. 6 - shows a general diagonal view of the second bottle variant. According to the industrial design, the bottle is shaped in the form of a circle truncated at the bottom and equipped with an axial pouring neck at the top. Its sides are convex so that in a side view it has the shape of an ellipse truncated at the bottom, which constitutes the bottom of the bottle. In the first bottle variant shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the neck is provided with a thread, while in the second bottle variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the neck is finished with a circumferential outer ring. Essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the bottle's reservoir portion, shaped as a circle truncated at the bottom and equipped with an axial pouring neck at the top.
