Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 9 marca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania plynów perfumeryjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z przodu, Fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, zas Fig. 3 - uwidacznia dno butelki. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie zblizonej do prostokata i wysokosci zbli- zonej do dlugosci dluzszej krawedzi wspomnianej podstawy. Przy czym przednia i tylna scianka czesci zbiornikowej maja kwadratowe wglebienia rozmieszczone symetrycznie na powierzchniach tych scianek. Natomiast górna scianka zaopa- trzona jest w osiowa szyjke wylewowa. Podstawa tej szyjki przy górnej scianceczesci zbiornikowej ma obwodowe zgrubienie, po którym przechodzi w zasadni- cza jej czesc o mniejszej srednicy. Zakonczenie szyjki pokryte jest gwintem, pod którym w pewnej odleglosci od wspomnianego zgrubienia podstawy znajduje sie dodatkowo obwodowy otaczajacy pierscien. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej majacej postac prostopadloscianu o podstawie zblizonej do prostokata i wysokosci zbli- zonej do dlugosci dluzszej krawedzi wspomnianej podstawy. Przy czym przednia i tylna scianka czesci zbiornikowej maja kwadratowe wglebienia rozmieszczone symetrycznie na powierzchniach tych scianek. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging perfume liquids. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottom of the bottle. The bottle according to the industrial design has a reservoir portion in the shape of a cuboid with a base similar to a rectangle and a height similar to the length of the longer edge of the aforementioned base. The front and rear walls of the reservoir portion have square recesses arranged symmetrically on the surfaces of these walls. The upper wall is provided with an axial pouring neck. The base of this neck at the upper wall of the tank part has a circumferential bead, after which it merges into the main part of the smaller diameter. The end of the neck is covered with a thread, under which, at a certain distance from the aforementioned base bead, there is an additional circumferential surrounding ring. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape of the tank part, which is a cuboid with a base close to a rectangle and a height similar to the length of the longer edge of the base. The front and rear walls of the tank part have square recesses arranged symmetrically on the surfaces of these walls. The upper wall is provided with an axial pouring neck. The base of this neck at the upper wall of the tank part has a circumferential bulge, after which it transitions into its main part of a smaller diameter. The end of the neck is covered with a thread, under which, at a certain distance from the aforementioned base bulge, there is an additional circumferential ring surrounding it.
