Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przezna- czona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przy czym powierzchnia scianki tylnej odpo- wiadajacej wspomnianej cieciwie dna jest plaska od samego dna niemal do szyjki tworzac w widoku z boku linie prosta, natomiast pozostale scianki wspomnianej cze- sci zbiornikowej butelki zwezaja sie po lagodnym luku w miare oddalania sie od dna. Drugi koniec scianek wspomnianej czesci zbiornikowej przechodzi w cylindryczna osiowa szyjke wylewowa posiadajaca tuz nad czescia zbiornikowa pierscieniowe zgrubienie. Szyjka w pierwszej odmianie butelki uwidocznionej na Fig. 1, Fig.2 i Fig.8 oraz drugiej odmianie butelki uwidocznionej na Fig. 3, Fig. 4 i Fig. 9 zakonczona jest obwodowym zewnetrznym pierscieniem. Przy czym szyjka w pierwszej odmianie w miare oddalania sie od jej podstawy zweza sie, zas szyjka w drugiej odmianie ma jednakowa srednice. Natomiast szyjka w trzeciej odmianie butelki uwidocznionej na Fig. 5, Fig. 6 i Fig. 10 pokryta jest gwintem, przy czym cala butelka jest matowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt dna butelki oraz scianek jej czesci zbiornikowej. Jej dno ma ksztalt figury przypominajacej niepelne kolo odciete cieciwa przechodzace w zwezajace sie scianki w miare oddalania sie od tego dna. Przy czym fragment powierzchni scianki czesci zbiornikowej odpowiadajacy wspo- mnianej cieciwie dna jest plaski od samego dna niemal do szyjki tworzac w widoku z boku linie prosta natomiast pozostala czesc scianki wspomnianej czesci zbiorniko- wej butelki zweza sie po lagodnym luku. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfumes. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object is manifested in the shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 - shows a front view of the first bottle variant, Fig. 2 - shows a side view of the first bottle variant, Fig. 3 - shows a front view of the second bottle variant, Fig. 4 - shows a side view of the second bottle variant, Fig. 5 - shows a front view of the third bottle variant, Fig. 6 - shows a side view of the third bottle variant, Fig. 7 - shows a bottom view of the bottles shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 6. and in the attached photographs, illustrating a general view of the bottles, wherein: Fig. 8 - shows a general view of the bottle from the front and side of the first bottle variant, Fig. 9 - shows a general view of the bottle from the front and side of the second bottle variant, Fig. 10 - shows a general view of the bottle from the front and side of the third bottle variant, The bottle has a bottom in the shape of a figure resembling an incomplete circle cut off by a chord, the edges of which merge into the tapering walls of the reservoir portion of the bottle as they move away from the bottom. The surface of the rear wall corresponding to the aforementioned bottom chord is flat from the very bottom almost to the neck, forming a straight line in a side view, while the remaining walls of the reservoir portion of the bottle narrow in a gentle arc as they move away from the bottom. The other end of the walls of the reservoir portion merges into a cylindrical axial pouring neck having an annular thickening just above the reservoir portion. The neck in the first bottle variant shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 8, and the second bottle variant shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 9, terminates with a circumferential outer ring. The neck of the first variant narrows as it moves away from its base, while the neck of the second variant has a uniform diameter. The neck of the third variant of the bottle, shown in Fig. 5, Fig. 6, and Fig. 10, is threaded, and the entire bottle is matte. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the bottle's bottom and the walls of its reservoir portion. Its bottom is shaped like a figure resembling an incomplete circle cut off by a chord, which transitions into narrowing walls as it moves away from the bottom. The portion of the surface of the reservoir portion wall corresponding to the aforementioned chord of the bottom is flat from the bottom almost to the neck, forming a straight line in a side view, while the remaining portion of the wall of the reservoir portion of the bottle narrows in a gentle arc.
