Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 21 stycznia 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z przodu, Fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, Fig. 3 - przedstawia dno butelki. Natomiast fotografie przedstawiaja widok ogólny butelki, przy czym Fig. 4 - uwidacznia butelke z przodu, zas Fig. 5 - uwidacznia butelke po skosie. Butelka posiada czesc zbiornikowa, której dno ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu ze scietymi narozami. Wszystkie scianki czesci zbiornikowej przy podsta- wie sa prostopadle do podstawy, zas od wysokosci okolo polowy wysokosci bu- telki zaginaja sie po lukach do scianek przeciwleglych. Wierzch butelki zaopa-trzony jest w osiowa szyjke usytuowana na lukowej powierzchni scianki wyzna- czonej przez sciete naroza wspomnianej podstawy. Szyjka ta na swym koncu posiada zewnetrzny obwodowy pierscien. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki, której dno jest zblizone ksztaltem do owalu ze scietymi narozami. Przy czym wszystkie scianki czesci zbiornikowej w okolicach podstawy sa prostopadle do tej podstawy, zas od okolo polowy wysokosci butelki zaginaja sie po lukach do scia- nek przeciwleglych. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfume liquids. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottom of the bottle. The photographs show a general view of the bottle, with Fig. 4 showing the bottle from the front, and Fig. 5 showing the bottle from an angle. The bottle has a reservoir section, the bottom of which is roughly oval in shape with cut corners. All walls of the tank part at the base are perpendicular to the base, and from a height of approximately half the bottle height they bend in arcs towards the opposite walls. The top of the bottle is provided with an axial neck situated on the arced surface of the wall defined by the cut corners of the aforementioned base. This neck has an external circumferential ring at its end. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the tank part of the bottle, the bottom of which is close to an oval with cut corners.
