Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest sloik przeznaczony do przechowywania artykulów spozywczych w postaci plynnej, pólplynnej, sypkiej i stalej. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, które nadaja stoikowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig.1 - na której przedstawiono widok stoika w pozycji stojacej, fig.2 - obrazujaca widok w pozy- cji stojacej sloika tego samego rodzaju, fig. 3 - uwidaczniajacej stoik w pozycji lezacej od strony dna, oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 4 i fig.5 na których przedstawiono widok sloika z boku. Sloik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma czesc zbiornikowa o ksztalcie graniasto- slupa o podstawie równoramiennego szescioboku. Scianki boczne czesci zbiorniko- wej przechodza od dolu w plaskie dno posiadajace niewielkie zgrubienie w ksztalcie kola, zas od góry w niska cylindryczna szyjke, Przy czym srednica czesci zbiornikowej sloika jest nieco wieksza od srednicy zgrubienia w ksztalcie kola na dnie oraz od srednicy szyjki, która jest zaopatrzona w gwint. Na szyjce pomiedzy gwintem a cze- scia zbiornikowa znajduje sie otaczajacy pierscien. Natomiast drugi sloik tego sa-mego rodzaju ma szyjke zakonczona obwodowym pierscieniem o srednicy nieznacz- nie wiekszej niz szyjka. PL PL PLThe Stoik Ornamental Design Registration Right is valid from: 24 July 2001. The design is for a jar intended for storing foodstuffs in liquid, semi-liquid, loose, and solid forms. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines that give the Stoik a unique and original appearance. The design is shown in the attached photographs: Fig. 1, which shows the Stoik in an upright position; Fig. 2, which shows a standing view of a jar of the same type; Fig. 3, which shows the Stoik in a lying position from the bottom; and in the attached drawings: Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, which show a side view of the jar. The jar, according to its decorative design, has a reservoir section in the shape of a prism with an isosceles hexagonal base. The side walls of the reservoir section merge from the bottom into a flat bottom with a slight circular bulge, and from the top into a low, cylindrical neck. The diameter of the reservoir section is slightly larger than the diameter of the circular bulge at the bottom and the diameter of the neck, which is provided with a thread. A surrounding ring is located on the neck between the thread and the reservoir section. A second jar of the same type, however, has a neck terminated with a circumferential ring with a diameter slightly larger than the neck. PL PL PL
