Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 9 marca 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania plynów perfumeryjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z przodu, Fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, Fig. 3 - obrazuje dno butelki, zas Fig.4 - uwidacznia butelke z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa w ksztalcie bryly, której podstawa stanowiaca dno butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych lukowo krótszych bokach. Natomiast w widoku z przodu ma ona ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego górny bok jest zaokraglony po luku tworzac widok zaokraglonej kopuly. Na jej wierzcholku znajduje sie cylin- dryczna szyjka zaopatrzona w piórka stanowiace gwint. Szyjka ta znajduje sie nawydzielonym pionowym pasie otaczajacym wierzch butelki i rozciagajacym sie na przedniej tylnej sciance butelki do jej dna. Natomiast w górnej czesci butelki na jej bokach znajduja sie dwa równolegle wciecia rozciagajace sie prawie do wspo- mnianych pionowych pasów na sciankach przedniej i tylnej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki majacej postac bryly, której podstawa stanowiaca dno butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych po luku krótszych jego bokach. Natomiast w wi- doku z przodu ma ona ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego górny bok jest za- okraglony po luku tworzac widok zaokraglonej kopuly. Na jej wierzcholku znajduje sie cylindryczna szyjka zaopatrzona w piórka stanowiace gwint. Szyjka ta znaj- duje sie na wydzielonym pionowym pasie otaczajacym wierzch butelki i rozcia- gajacym sie na przedniej tylnej sciance butelki do jej dna. Na bokach w górnej czesci butelki znajduja sie dwa równolegle wzgledem podstawy paski utworzone przez wycisniete rowki rozciagajace sie na znacznej czesci scianek przedniej i tylnej.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PL PL PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from: 9 March 2004. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging perfume liquids. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle's bottom, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle from above. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a solid-shaped reservoir section, the base of which, constituting the bottle's bottom, is roughly rectangular in shape with rounded shorter sides. In the front view, however, it has a shape similar to a rectangle, the upper side of which is rounded in an arc, creating the appearance of a rounded dome. At its apex is a cylindrical neck equipped with threaded fins. This neck rests on a separate vertical band surrounding the top of the bottle and extending from the front and rear wall of the bottle to its bottom. Meanwhile, in the upper part of the bottle, on its sides, there are two parallel indentations extending almost to the aforementioned vertical bands on the front and rear walls. The essential features of the industrial design include the shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle, which is shaped like a block, the base of which, constituting the bottom of the bottle, is similar to a rectangle with its shorter sides rounded in an arc. In the front view, however, it has a shape similar to a rectangle, the upper side of which is rounded in an arc, creating the appearance of a rounded dome. At its top is a cylindrical neck equipped with threaded feathers. This neck is located on a separate vertical strip surrounding the top of the bottle and extending along the front and rear wall of the bottle to its bottom. On the sides of the upper part of the bottle are two strips, parallel to the base, formed by extruded grooves extending along a significant portion of the front and rear walls.
