Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka ozdobna przeznaczona do przechowywania, zwlaszcza perfum, wody toaletowej lub produktów kosmetycznych. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest nowym rozwiazaniem charakteryzujacym sie oryginalnym ksztaltem tworzacym wyjatkowy uklad linii i konturów, a nadajacych w ten sposób calemu wyrobowi estetyczny i niepowtarzalny wyglad. Butelka wykonana jest ze szkla nieorganicznego lub organicznego i w widoku z przodu obrys wewnetrzny ma ksztalt zblizony do okregu, natomiast obrys zewnetrzny ma równiez ksztalt zblizony do okregu, ale z wydluzeniem i scieciem u dolu a u góry z przystajacymi prostokatami odpowiadajacymi otworowi do napelniania i opróznia z kolnierzem. Obrys wewnetrzny butelki w widoku z boku ma ksztalt paraboliczny a obrys zewnetrzny ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z lukowatymi dluzszymi bokami, a górny bok maprzystajace prostokaty odpowiadajace otworowi do napelniania i opróznia z kolnierzem. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze obrys wewnetrzny butelki w widoku z boku ma ksztalt paraboliczny a obrys zewnetrzny ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z lukowatymi dluzszymi bokami, a górny bok ma przystajace prostokaty odpowiadajacymi otworowi do napelniania i opróznia z kolnierzem. Obrys butelki w widoku z góry ma ksztalt wydluzonej, splaszczonej elipsy z centralnie usytuowanymi okregami, odpowiadajacymi otworowi do napelniania i oprózniania wraz z kolnierzem, natomiast w widoku z dolu ma taki sam ksztalt wydluzonej, splaszczonej elipsy lecz ze wspólsrodkowymi dwoma elipsami odzwierciedlajacymi dno i niewielka wkleslosc dna.Fig . 1 Fig . 2 Fig . 3 Fig . 4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a decorative bottle intended for storing perfumes, eau de toilette, or cosmetic products. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is a new solution characterized by an original shape creating a unique arrangement of lines and contours, thus giving the entire product an aesthetic and unique appearance. The bottle is made of inorganic or organic glass and, from the front view, the internal contour is approximately circular, while the external contour is also approximately circular, but with an elongation and truncation at the bottom and at the top with congruent rectangles corresponding to the filling and emptying openings with a collar. The bottle's internal contour, viewed from the side, is parabolic, and its external contour is roughly rectangular with arcuate long sides, and the upper side has congruent rectangles corresponding to the filling and emptying openings and the collar. The bottle's top contour is an elongated, flattened ellipse with centrally located circles corresponding to the filling and emptying openings and the collar. The bottom contour has the same elongated, flattened ellipse shape, but with two concentric ellipses representing the bottom and a slight concavity in the bottom. The industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the outline of the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 the outline of the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 the outline of the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 4 the outline of the bottle in a bottom view. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the internal outline of the bottle in a side view has a parabolic shape and the external outline is shaped similar to a rectangle with arcuate longer sides, and the upper side has congruent rectangles corresponding to the filling and emptying opening with a collar. The outline of the bottle in the top view has the shape of an elongated, flattened ellipse with centrally located circles corresponding to the opening for filling and emptying together with the collar, while in the bottom view it has the same shape of an elongated, flattened ellipse but with two concentric ellipses reflecting the bottom and a slight concavity of the bottom.
