Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka ozdobna przeznaczona do przechowywania, zwlaszcza perfum, wody toaletowej lub produktów kosmetycznych. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest nowym rozwiazaniem charakteryzujacym sie oryginalnym ksztaltem tworzacym wyjatkowy uklad linii i konturów, a nadajacych w ten sposób calemu wyrobowi estetyczny i niepowtarzalny wyglad. Butelka wykonana jest ze szkla nieorganicznego lub organicznego i w widoku z przodu obrys wewnetrzny ma ksztalt zblizony do okregu, natomiast obrys zewnetrzny ma równiez ksztalt zblizony do okregu, ale z wydluzeniem i scieciem u dolu a u góry z przystajacymi prostokatami odpowiadajacymi otworowi do napelniania i opróznia z kolnierzem. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze obrys wewnetrzny butelki w widoku z boku ma ksztalt paraboliczny a obrys zewnetrzny ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z lukowatymi dluzszymi bokami, a górny bok ma przystajace prostokaty odpowiadajacymi otworowi do napelniania i opróznia z kolnierzem. The bottle according to the industrial design is a new solution characterized by an original shape creating a unique arrangement of lines and contours, and thus giving the entire product an aesthetic and unique appearance. The bottle is made of inorganic or organic glass and when viewed from the front, the inner contour is close to a circle, while the outer contour is also close to a circle, but with extension and cut at the bottom and top with congruent rectangles corresponding to the filling hole and emptying . The inner contour of the bottle in the side view is parabolic and the outer contour is similar to a rectangle with curved long sides, and the upper side is mapped with rectangles corresponding to the filling opening and emptying with the flange. When viewed from above, the outline of the bottle is in the shape of an elongated, flattened ellipse with centrally located circles corresponding to the fill and drain hole along with the flange, while in the bottom view, it has the same shape of an elongated, flattened ellipse but with two concentric ellipses reflecting the concave bottom and a small gout. The industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle outline in front view, fig. 2 the bottle outline in side view, fig. 4 the bottle outline in top view and fig. 4 the bottle outline in bottom view. An important feature of the industrial design is that the inner contour of the bottle in the side view has a parabolic shape and the outer contour is similar to a rectangle with arched longer sides, and the upper side has congruent rectangles corresponding to the filling hole and empty with the flange.
