Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w je j ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym i fig. 2 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku. Jak pokazano na rysunku scianki czolowe butelki, tj. scianka przednia i tylna w widoku czolowym maja ksztalt prostokata, który w dolnej czesci niewielkim skosem powieksza swa srednice tworzac obwodowy pas podstawy. Podstawa ta laczy sie malym lukiem z dnem butelki, które jest wklesle do srodka. Natomiast górna czesc butelki stanowi nadlew o fantazyjnie uksztaltowanym obrzezu nachodzacym zarówno na czolowe jak i boczne scianki butelki i laczacy sie z szyjka zakonczona gwintowanym nadlewem. W widoku z boku ksztalt butelki jest analogiczny jak w widoku czolowym - jedynie szerokosc prostokata bedacego rzutem scianki bocznej jest znacznie mniejsza - jako, ze butelka jest plaska. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle intended specifically for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front and Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side. As shown in the drawing, the end walls of the bottle, i.e., the front and rear walls in the front view, are rectangular in shape, which increases in diameter at the bottom with a slight slope, creating a circumferential base band. This base connects by a small arc to the bottom of the bottle, which is concave inward. The upper part of the bottle is a riser with a fancifully shaped rim that overlaps both the front and side walls of the bottle and connects to the neck, which is finished with a threaded riser. In the side view, the bottle's shape is analogous to the front view—only the width of the rectangle representing the side wall is significantly smaller—as the bottle is flat.
