Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 21.10.2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce zakonczona od góry szyjka usytuowana w osi wzdluznej, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie srodków plynnych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosciach estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 w widoku z boku, fig. 3 w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 w widoku od spodu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego butelki jest to, ze ma zasadniczo postac pojemnika o ksztalcie splaszczonej beczulki z czworobocznym dnem o zarysie dna zblizonego ksztaltem do prostokata o wypuklych dluzszych bokach i zaznaczonym na nich schodkiem od którego to dna wyprowadzono ku górze zbiezne powierzchnie boczne, parami jednakowo uksztaltowane, zas na sciance szyjkowej ograniczajacej butelke od góry znajduje sie poziomo obwodowo usytuowany schodek jednakowo odlegly od scian bocznych, przy czym scianki boczne oparte na krótszym boku prostokata uformowane lukowo wypukle na zewnatrz z jednakowo odleglym schodkiem zasadniczo zanikajacym przy krawedzi scianki szyjkowej, tworza przewezenie przekroju poziomego w srodkowej czesci butelki, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do 4.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since October 21, 2002. The industrial design is a bottle with a flexible coating and a neck located along the longitudinal axis at the top, intended for use as a container for liquids. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, line layout, and aesthetic properties. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, Fig. 3 from the top, and Fig. 4 from the bottom. An essential feature of the industrial design of the bottle is that it is essentially a container in the shape of a flattened barrel with a quadrangular bottom with a bottom outline similar to a rectangle with convex longer sides and a step marked on them, from which the bottom leads upwards converging side surfaces, identically shaped in pairs, and on the neck wall limiting the bottle from the top there is a horizontally located circumferential step equidistant from the side walls, wherein the side walls based on the shorter side of the rectangle, formed in a convex arc outwards with an equally distant step essentially disappearing at the edge of the neck wall, form a narrowing of the horizontal cross-section in the central part of the bottle, as shown in the attached drawing Figs. 1 to 4.
