Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, sluzacy jako opakowanie sypkich srodków czystosci i wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, nadany mu przez cechy rysunku i ksztaltu. Przedmiot, wedlug wzoru, zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu, a fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, zas fig. 4 do fig. 6 przedstawiaja fotografie pojemnika odpowiednio w widoku z dolu, z przodu i z góry.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik, wedlug wzoru, jest bryla w ksztalcie walca, którego pionowa sciana zweza sie lukowo, laczac sie w dolnej czesci z dnem, a w górnej czesci z kolnierzem, umieszczonym wokól otworu pojemnika. W górnej i dolnej czesci korpusu pojemnika, na wysokosci lukowego zwezenia sciany, umieszczone sa wklesle reliefy w ksztalcie fali, wykonanej za pomoca luków, zwróconych wypukloscia ku górze i laczacych sie ze soba pod katem ostrym. Ponizej reliefu górnego i powyzej reliefu dolnego sa walcowe wytloczenia, opasujace korpus pojemnika równolegle do jego podstawy. The subject of the industrial design is a container used as packaging for loose cleaning agents and cosmetic products. The essence of the design is a new form of the container with a unique character, given to it by the features of the design and shape. The object, according to the design, is shown in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, Fig. 2 - the container from the bottom, and Fig. 3 - the container from the top, while Figs. 4 to Fig. 6 show photographs of the container from the bottom, front, and top, respectively. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The container, according to the design, is a cylindrical body whose vertical wall tapers into an arc, connecting at the bottom to the bottom and at the top to a flange placed around the container opening. In the upper and lower parts of the container body, at the height of the arched narrowing of the wall, concave wave-shaped reliefs are placed, made using arcs with the convexity facing upward and connecting at an acute angle. Below the upper relief and above the lower relief are cylindrical embossments, encircling the container body parallel to its base.
