Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfume- ryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki z boku, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki od strony dna Fig. 3 - przedstawia na fotografii widok perspektywiczny butelki, Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Czesc zbiornikowa butelki ma postac smuklej figury o kwadratowym prze- kroju poprzecznym. Jej dno i wierzch sa plaskie, zas boki sa w ksztalcie zblizo- nym do prostokata, którego pionowe boki zaginaja sie po lagodnym luku w miare oddalania sie od tego dna i wierzchu. Przy czym punkt przegiecia osiagaja na wy- sokosci ok 2/3 wysokosci od podstawy. Stosunek szerokosci boków przy dnie do szerokosci boków przy wierzchu i do szerokosci boków w punkcie przegiecia ma sie tak jak 42 : 35 : 34.Fig. 1Fig 2 Fig 3 PLBottle The industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfume liquids. The design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - shows a side view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - shows a view of the bottle from the bottom, Fig. 3 - shows a perspective view of the bottle, Essential features of the industrial design: The reservoir portion of the bottle is in the form of a slender figure with a square cross-section. Its bottom and top are flat, while the sides are roughly rectangular, the vertical sides of which bend in a gentle arc as they move away from the bottom and top. The inflection point is reached at a height of approximately 2/3 of the height from the base.
