Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - obrazuje na fotografii widok perspektywiczny butelki z boku, Fig. 2 - obrazuje na fotografii widok perspektywiczny butelki z góry, Fig. 3 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki z boku, Fig. 4 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki z góry, Fig. 5 - przedstawia na rysunku widok dna butelki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: butelka, której czesc zbiornikowa ma postac geometrycznej bryly w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu o lu- kowo scietych jego pionowych narozach. Gebokosc tych sciec jest najwieksza u góry butelki i zmniejsza sie w miare zblizania sie do dna tak, z ze jej widok z góry oraz jej przekroje poprzeczne sa zblizone do kwadratu z wycietymi po luku naro- zami. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass, intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfumery liquids. The essential features of the industrial design are: a bottle whose reservoir portion is in the form of a geometric solid in a shape similar to a cuboid with arc-cut vertical corners. The depth of these cuts is greatest at the top of the bottle and decreases as it approaches the bottom, so that its top view and cross-sections approximate a square with arc-cut corners. The ratio of the height of the container part of the bottle to its width and to the radius of the cutouts at the top of the container part is as follows: 90:50:16.
