Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia na fotografii buteleczke w widoku perspektywicznym po skosie, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku widok buteleczki z przodu i z tylu, Fig. 3 - przedstawia na rysunku widok buteleczki z boku, Fig. 4 - przedstawia na rysunku widok wierzchu buteleczki, Fig. 5 - przedstawia na rysunku widok buteleczki od strony dna. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej buteleczki majacej postac bryly geometrycznej, zblizonej ksztaltem do prostopadloscianu o lekko wypuklych pionowych scian- kach, zarówno szerszych frontowych jak i wezszych bocznych. Posiada ona plaski cienki wierzch za- opatrzony w nagwintowana szyjke i grube dno pokryte na obrzezach moletka. Stosunek wysokosci tej czesci zbiornikowej do najwiekszej szerokosci scianek frontowych do najwiekszej szerokosci scianek bocznych ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak: 38 : 28 : 23. Natomiast stosunek najwiekszej szerokosci tych scianek frontowych do ich szerokosci przy dnie i wierzchu buteleczki ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak: 28 : 26, zas stosunek najwiekszej szerokosci scianek bocznych do ich szerokosci przy dnie i wierzchu buteleczki ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak: 23 : 21. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the bottle in a perspective view diagonally, Fig. 2 - shows the view of the bottle from the front and back, Fig. 3 - shows the view of the bottle from the side, Fig. 4 - shows the view of the top of the bottle, Fig. 5 - shows the view of the bottle from the bottom. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the container part of the bottle in the form of a geometric solid, similar in shape to a cuboid with slightly convex vertical walls, both wider at the front and narrower at the sides. It has a flat thin top provided with a threaded neck and a thick bottom covered with a knurl on the edges. The ratio of the height of this reservoir part to the greatest width of the front walls to the greatest width of the side walls is approximately 38 : 28 : 23. On the other hand, the ratio of the greatest width of these front walls to their width at the bottom and top of the bottle is approximately 28 : 26, and the ratio of the greatest width of the side walls to their width at the bottom and top of the bottle is approximately 23 : 21.
