Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z uchwytem, przeznaczona do konfekcjono- wania i przechowywania plynnych srodków chemii gospodarczej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ogól- nym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i indywidualnym charakterze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach na których: fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 w widoku z boku z widocznym uchwytem, fig. 3 w widoku z boku, fig. 4 w widoku z góry, fig. 5 dno butelki, fig. 6 butelka w powiekszeniu. Butelka z uchwytem wedlug wzoru, wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego, której zarys po- wierzchni dna przypomina owal z uzebrowaniem. Zarys ten tworzy ksztalt korpusu butelki, który od krawedzi dna tworzy cztery plaszczyzny, przechodzace symetrycznie, lagodnymi, wypuklymi lukami do górnej czesci butelki, zakonczonej cylindryczna szyjka na której osadzona jest kolpakowa nasadka. Z boku butelki w czesci srodkowej jest stozkowate, eliptyczne wyciecie tworzace uchwyt. Po przeciwleglej stronie uchwytu, znajduje sie wciecie, tworzace szpic, natomiast z obydwu boków wy- brane jest faliste wyciecie, ksztaltem przypominajace funkcje dwuwykladnicza. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Butelka z uchwytem wedlug wzoru, wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego, której zarys po- wierzchni dna przypomina owal z uzebrowaniem. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, manifested in its general shape, arrangement of lines and individual character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which: fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, fig. 2 in a side view with a visible handle, fig. 3 in a side view, fig. 4 in a top view, fig. 5 the bottom of the bottle, fig. 6 the bottle in a magnification. The bottle with a handle according to the pattern is made of plastic, the outline of the bottom surface of which resembles an oval with ribbing. This outline creates the shape of the bottle body, which from the edge of the bottom creates four planes, passing symmetrically, in gentle, convex arcs to the upper part of the bottle, finished with a cylindrical neck on which a cap-shaped cap is mounted. On the side of the bottle in the middle part there is a conical, elliptical cut-out creating a handle. On the opposite side of the handle, there is a notch, creating a peak, while on both sides a wavy cut-out is selected, the shape of which resembles a bi-exponential function. Essential features of the industrial design The bottle with a handle according to the pattern is made of plastic, the outline of the surface of which the bottom resembles an oval with ribbing. This outline creates the shape of the bottle body, which from the edge of the bottom creates four planes, passing symmetrically, in gentle, convex arcs to the upper part of the bottle, finished with a cylindrical neck on which a cap-shaped cap is mounted.
