Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest butelka wykonana ze szk la, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do wyrobów monopolowych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych rysunkach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok butelki w rzucie perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 - przedstawia widok butelki z przodu, Fig. 3 - przedstawia widok butelki z boku, Fig. 4 - przedstawia na rysunku widok dna butelki, Istotne cechy wzoru przemys lowego to: kszta lt czesci zbiornikowej butelki zbli zony do wyso- kiej sp laszczonej figury geometrycznej, szerokiej z przodu i w askiej z boku. Wszystkie kraw edzie jej pionowych scianek, oraz wierzchu s a zaokr aglone. Przy czym stosunek szeroko sci butelki z przodu, do szeroko sci butelki z boku i do ca lkowitej wysoko sci butelki wraz z szyjk a ma si e w przybli zeniu tak, jak 91:44:185. Dno butelki ma kszta lt zbli zony do prostok ata, o wybrzuszonych bokach oraz zaokr aglonych naro zach. Natomiast powierzchnie scianek bocznych butelki w dolnej cz esci butelki, od dna do wysoko- sci wynosz acej oko lo 61% (1) ca lkowitej wysoko sci butelki s a proste i prostopad le do powierzchni dna. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 - shows a perspective view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 3 - shows a side view of the bottle, Fig. 4 - shows a view of the bottom of the bottle in the drawing, Essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir part of the bottle similar to a tall, flattened geometric figure, wide at the front and narrow at the side. All edges of its vertical walls and top are rounded. The ratio of the width of the bottle at the front to the width of the bottle at the side and to the total height of the bottle with the neck is approximately 91:44:185. The bottom of the bottle has a shape close to a rectangle, with bulging sides and rounded corners. On the other hand, the surfaces of the side walls of the bottle in the lower part of the bottle, from the bottom to a height of about 61% (1) of the total height of the bottle, are straight and perpendicular to the surface of the bottom. On the other hand, above this height (1), they bend towards the opposite walls, initially sharply along a curve close to an arc, and then from a distance from the bottom of about 83% (2) of the total height of the bottle, they gently approach these opposite walls along a line close to a straight line. The convex top of the bottle is finished with a narrow cylindrical filler neck covered with a thread. The narrow side walls of the bottle have a thickening in the form of a strip (3).
