Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest butelka przeznaczona do stosowania jako opakowanie p lynnych srodków myj acych, pior acych, czyszcz acych, zmi ekczaj acych lub piel egnacyjnych. Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c butelki nadana jej w szczególno sci przez cechy linii, konturów, kszta ltów i ukszta ltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia butelk e w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelk e w widoku z boków, fig. 3 - butelk e w widoku z do lu, fig. 4 - butelk e w widoku z góry. Butelka jest to bry la, która ma kszta lt eliptycznego walca zw ezaj acego si e ku górze. Zaopatrzo- na jest w uchwyt utworzony z wyci ecia o kszta lcie eliptycznym, przy czym z jednej strony uchwyt ze- spolony jest poni zej górnej cz esci korpusu butelki, a z drugiej strony poni zej po lowy wysoko sci butelki. Szeroko sc uchwytu jest równa jednej trzeciej szeroko sci scianki utworzonej z wyci ecia. W dolnej cz e- sci butelki w scianie przedniej i tylnej w obszarze o ma lym promieniu krzywizny jest wybranie materia- lu równoleg le do dna butelki tworz ace lukowate wg lebienie. Butelka jest to bry la, która ma kszta lt eliptycznego walca zw ezaj acego si e ku górze. 2. Butelka zaopatrzona jest w uchwyt utworzony z wyci ecia o kszta lcie eliptycznym, przy czym z jednej strony uchwyt zespolony jest poni zej górnej cz esci korpusu butelki, a z dru- giej strony poni zej po lowy wysoko sci butelki. 3. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the bottle, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes and surface shaping. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a bottom view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view. The bottle is a solid in the shape of an elliptical cylinder narrowing upwards. It is provided with a handle formed from an elliptical cut-out, whereby on one side the handle is joined below the upper part of the bottle body and on the other side below half the height of the bottle. The width of the handle is equal to one third of the width of the wall formed from the cut-out. In the lower part of the bottle in the front and rear walls in the area of small radius of curvature there is a recess of material parallel to the bottom of the bottle, forming an arc-shaped recess. In the plane between the recess and the bottom in the middle of both sides of the bottle there is a flattening in the shape of a rectangle with rounded sides. On the side of the handle on both sides of the bottle there are three oblique recesses in the shape of a rectangle with rounded sides, equally spaced from each other. At the end of the upper part of the handle, there is an oblique recess in the front and rear walls, creating an arc-shaped recess. Above the recess, there are three parallel narrow recesses located on the side wall and the front and rear walls, where the recesses in the front and rear walls end at the connection of the handle with the body. The bottle in the upper part passes into a spherical surface and ends with a pouring hole provided with a thread. The side wall of the bottle has the shape of a rectangle, the sides of which in the middle part widen upwards and downwards, and the plane of the side walls is oval. In the lower part of the side wall without the handle, there is a flattening in the shape of an ellipse. The side wall with the handle in the lower part forms a flattening in the shape of a teardrop. The bottom of the bottle has the shape of an ellipse. The bottom has a recess in which there are six parallel convexities in the shape of a flattened ellipse.
