Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c butelki nadana jej w szczególno sci przez cechy linii, konturów, kszta ltów i ukszta ltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia butelk e w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelk e w widoku z boków, fig. 3 - butelk e w widoku z do lu, fig. 4 - butelk e w widoku z góry. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the bottle, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front; Fig. 2 - the bottle from the side; Fig. 3 - the bottle from the bottom; Fig. 4 - the bottle from the top. The bottle is a solid shape that, in cross-section, is flattened from the bottom to the middle, like a drop with an increasing circumference. In its upper part, the bottle narrows and has an elliptical cutout, creating a handle. On one side, the handle is integrated into the upper part of the bottle body, and on the other side, it is integrated halfway up the bottle. The width of the handle is equal to one-third of the width of the wall formed by the cutout. The wall formed by the cutout has a semicircular shape. From the center, the bottle narrows and slopes, and in the upper part it transforms into a spherical surface, ending with a threaded filling opening. The front and rear of the bottle are provided with a larger surface, each with an arcuate and concave surface. The bottom of the bottle has the shape of a flattened teardrop. The bottom has a recess forming a concave plane with two circular recesses. Essential Features of an Industrial Design 1. A bottle is a solid which, from the bottom to the middle, has the shape of a flattened teardrop in cross-section with an increasing circumference. 2. In its upper part, the bottle tapers and has an elliptical cutout, forming a handle, with the handle integrated into the upper part of the bottle body on one side and halfway up the bottle on the other. 3. The width of the handle is equal to one-third of the width of the wall formed by the cutout. 4. The wall formed by the cutout has a semicircular shape. 5. From the center, the bottle tapers and slopes, and in its upper part transforms into a spherical surface terminating in a threaded filler opening. 6. The front and back of the bottle have a larger surface area of an arc and a concave surface. 7. The bottom of the bottle has the shape of a flattened teardrop. 8. The bottom has a recess forming a concave plane with two circular recesses.
