Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do stosowania jako opakowanie do srodków kosmetycznych: zeli pod prysznic, mydel w plynie i balsamów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z dolu, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z góry. Butelka ma ksztalt walca eliptycznego, którego obwód zwieksza sie do dwóch trzecich wysokosci, a nastepnie zmniejsza sie ku górze. W czterech piatych wysokosci butelki obwód przechodzi w wybranie materialu, które jest ukosne i tworzy lukowate wglebienie. Wybranie ku górze butelki przechodzi w powierzchnie sferyczna zakonczona plaska plaszczyzna. Plaska plaszczyzna zakonczona jest posrodku otworem wlewowym zaopatrzonym w gwint. Dno butelki ma ksztalt splaszczonej elipsy, która w srodku ma wybranie tworzace okragla powierzchnie wklesla. Stosunek wysokosci butelki do szerokosci dna w najszerszym miejscu wynosi okolo 2 do 1. The essence of the design is the bottle's new and unique form, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, which shows: Fig. 1 - a general view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - a front view of the bottle, Fig. 3 - a side view of the bottle, Fig. 4 - a bottom view of the bottle, Fig. 5 - a top view of the bottle. The bottle has the shape of an elliptical cylinder, the circumference of which increases up to two-thirds of its height and then decreases upwards. At four-fifths of the bottle's height, the circumference merges into a recess in the material, which is diagonal and creates an arched recess. The recess at the top of the bottle transitions into a spherical surface terminating in a flat plane. The flat plane terminates in a threaded filler opening in the center. The bottom of the bottle is shaped like a flattened ellipse, with a recess in the center forming a concave circular surface. The ratio of the bottle height to the bottom width at its widest point is approximately 2 to 1. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The bottom of the bottle has the shape of a flattened ellipse, which has a recess in the middle creating a round concave surface. 6.
