Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do stosowania jako opakowanie plynów do odswiezacza powietrza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka jest to bryla, która w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi mniejszymi bokami. Obwód powierzchni bocznej butelki od dna zwieksza sie do jednej trzeciej wysokosci. Od jednej trzeciej wysokosci obwód powierzchni bocznej butelki zmniejsza sie ku szyjce butelki. Powierzchnia boczna butelki u góry przechodzi w prostopadla plaska plaszczyzne, z która laczy sie szyjka butelki. Przednia i tylna sciana butelki posiada wglebienie tworzace lezke. Nad lezka przednia i tylna sciana butelki posiada wglebienie tworzace pól czasze. Szyjka butelki w dolnej czesci posiada zwezenie, które tworzy wybranie w ksztalcie graniastoslupa. Nad zwezeniem szyjka posiada gwint a nad nim walec. Wewnatrz szyjki zwezenie tworzy dwie równolegle plaszczyzny. Dno butelki ma ksztalt elipsy. W dnie butelki jest wglebienie tworzace powierzchnie plaska, a przez wieksza srednice dna jest wybrzuszenie tworzace linie prosta. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the bottle, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows a general view of the bottle; Fig. 2 - a front view of the bottle; Fig. 3 - a side view of the bottle; Fig. 4 - a top view of the bottle; Fig. 5 - a bottom view of the bottle. A bottle is a solid shape whose cross-section is rectangular with rounded smaller sides. The circumference of the bottle's side surface increases from the bottom to one-third of its height. From one-third of its height, the circumference of the bottle's side surface decreases towards the neck. The bottle's lateral surface at the top merges into a perpendicular flat plane, which connects to the bottle's neck. The front and rear walls of the bottle have a recess forming a teardrop shape. Above the teardrop shape, the front and rear walls of the bottle have a recess forming a half-bowl. The bottle's neck has a narrowing at the bottom, creating a prism-shaped recess. Above the narrowing, the neck has a thread, and above it a cylinder. Inside the neck, the narrowing forms two parallel planes. The bottle's bottom is ellipse-shaped. In the bottom of the bottle, there is a recess forming a flat surface, and through the larger diameter of the bottom, there is a bulge forming a straight line.
