Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do stosowania jako opakowanie plynnych srodków kosmetycznych takich jak szampony, balsamy, odzywki. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka jest to bryla, która w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi wiekszymi bokami. Obwód powierzchni bocznej butelki zmniejsza sie do opaski. Opaske tworzy wybranie utworzone w polowie butelki o szerokosci okolo 6% wysokosci butelki. Od góry opaski obwód powierzchni bocznej zwieksza sie do wysokosci 80% wysokosci butelki. Na wysokosci 80% obwód powierzchni bocznej butelki zmniejsza sie ku górze tworzac powierzchnie zblizona do sferycznej. Powierzchnia zblizona do sferycznej u góry poprzez uwypuklenie przechodzi w szyjke butelki. Szyjka butelki ma ksztalt walca w górnej czesci przechodzacego w sciety stozek. Szyjka w górnej czesci zaopatrzona jest w gwint. Dno butelki ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi wiekszymi bokami, w którym jest wybranie tworzace powierzchnie wklesla. The essence of the design is the bottle's new and unique form, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle is a solid shape whose cross-section is rectangular with rounded larger sides. The circumference of the bottle's side surface tapers to a band. The band is formed by a recess formed in the middle of the bottle, with a width of approximately 6% of the bottle's height. From the top of the band, the circumference of the side surface increases to 80% of the bottle's height. At 80%, the circumference of the side surface decreases upward, creating a nearly spherical surface. The nearly spherical surface at the top merges with a convex shape into the bottle's neck. The bottle's neck is cylindrical in its upper part, transforming into a truncated cone. The neck is threaded in its upper part. The bottom of the bottle is rectangular with rounded larger sides, in which there is a recess creating a concave surface. In the center of the concave surface is a convex shape creating a circle. Essential features of an industrial design: 1. A bottle is a solid whose cross-section is rectangular with rounded larger sides. 2. The circumference of the side surface decreases to the band. 3. The band is formed by a recess formed halfway down the bottle, with a width of approximately 6% of the bottle height. 4. From the top of the band, the circumference of the side surface increases to a height of 80% of the bottle height. 5. At a height of 80%, the circumference of the side surface of the bottle decreases upward, creating a nearly spherical surface. 6. The nearly spherical surface at the top merges with the bottle neck through a convex shape. 7. The bottle neck is cylindrical in the upper part, becoming a truncated cone. 8.
