Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c butelki nadana jej w szczególno sci przez cechy linii, konturów, kszta ltów i ukszta ltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia butelk e z nakr etk a w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelk e w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - butelk e z nakr etk a w widoku w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 4 - butelk e z nakr etk a z góry, fig. 5 - nakr etka w widoku z do lu. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the bottle, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle with a cap from the front; Fig. 2 - the bottle from the side; Fig. 3 - the bottle with a cap in cross-section; Fig. 4 - the bottle with a cap from above; Fig. 5 - the cap from below. The bottle is a solid shape in the shape of a prism that tapers upward. It is equipped with a handle formed by an elliptical cutout, with one side of the handle connected below the upper part of the bottle body, and the other side below half the height of the bottle. The width of the handle is equal to one-third of the width of the wall formed by the cutout. On the wall formed by the cutout is a vertical convex strip. In the lower part of the bottle, in the front and rear walls, there is a recess of material parallel to the bottom of the bottle, creating an arc-shaped recess. Above the handle, diagonally on the circumference of the bottle, is a recess forming a ring n. From the ring upwards, the plane narrows e, creating a flat surface e in the upper part. A cylindrical flange contacts the flat surface a. A flat surface meets the cylinder's base, which merges into a threaded neck. The bottle's front center features a transparent vertical stripe with transverse parallel lines indicating capacity. The bottle's bottom is an ellipse, decreasing in size toward the handle. The bottom has a recess creating a flat surface with five equally spaced, convex rectangular segments. A strip divides the segments in half in the center of the bottom. The cap is cylindrical in shape, with a flange attached to the center of the lateral surface. Its height is one-fourth the cylinder's height and its diameter is 10% greater than the cylinder's diameter. The cap's collar is threaded inside. The cylindrical portion of the cap has lines equally spaced from the bottom indicating the capacity in milliliters. Essential features of the industrial design: 1.
