The bottle may also be used as packaging for household chemicals or pharmaceutical products, such as ointments, gels, and others. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. A bottle, particularly for cosmetic products, according to the industrial design, is intended for industrial or handicraft manufacture, primarily from plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in a photograph, in which Fig. 1 illustrates a general front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the neck, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, include that the bottle, particularly for cosmetic products, is shaped as an elongated, tapering shape with arched front and rear walls. The top view of the bottle has an ellipse, while the bottom view has the outline of an oval truncated on the sides. The container part of the bottle is terminated at the top by a crosswise wall that rises evenly upwards towards a threaded neck located in the center. Below the crosswise surface, the container part of the bottle has a circumferential recess. The side edges of the bottle are rounded at the top but increasingly tapered downwards, creating increasingly wider side walls at the bottom. These walls disappear upwards.
