Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa posta c karafki z korkiem przejawiaj aca si e w jej kszta lcie. The essence of the pattern is the new form of the decanter with a stopper, which is reflected in its shape.
Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 przedstawiaj acym karafk e z korkiem w widoku perspektywicznym. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the decanter with a stopper in a perspective view.

U góry, wokó l otworu wylotowego, zewn etrzne obrze ze szyjki karafki jest zaopatrzone w nadlew, natomiast u do lu w miejscu po laczenia z górn a czescia karafki szyjka posiada zgrubienie.
