Znanych jest szereg kszta ltów butelek do napojów, przyk ladowo z polskiego wzoru przemys lo- wego, nr prawa Rp-18405, nale zacym do francuskiej firmy Belvedere SA. Butelka ma kszta lt wyd lu zo- nego walca zako nczonego z jednej strony dnem i z drugiej cylindryczn a szyjk a. Powierzchnia przej- scia pomi edzy powierzchni a walca i powierzchni a szyjki ma kszta lt kulisty. Nowo sc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemys lowego wed lug odmiany pierwszej i drugiej przejawia si e w kszta lcie zewn etrznej powierzchni butelki. Podstawa ma powierzchni e cylindryczn a, po laczon a lukiem z jednej strony z dnem, za s z dru- giej strony, tak ze lukiem, przechodzi w powierzchni e sto zkow a, zwezaj ac a si e ku górze. Cz esc srod- kowa butelek ma powierzchni e sto zkow a, rozszerzaj ac a si e ku górze, od do lu laczy si e z powierzchni a stozkow a podstawy, za s u góry przechodzi poprzez trzy powierzchnie cylindryczne, o zmniejszaj acej sie srednicy, usytuowane jedna, nad drug a, w powierzchni e cylindryczn a szyjki. Powierzchnia cylin- dryczna szyjki, poprzez sto zek przej sciowy, przechodzi w powierzchnie sto zkow a, zmniejszaj ac a si e ku górze. Przej scie pomi edzy cz escia srodkow a i szyjk a - Fig. 7 - wykonane jest z szeregu powierzch- ni walcowych przechodz acych lukiem z jednej w drug a. Podstawa - Fig. 2 - butelek ma dwa ró zne spody, pokazane na Fig. 3 i 4, w zale zno sci od wielko sci butelki. W spodzie wed lug odmiany pierwszej wykonane jest wglebienie, pokazane na Fig. 10. A number of beverage bottle shapes are known, for example, from the Polish industrial design, right number Rp-18405, belonging to the French company Belvedere SA. The bottle has the shape of an elongated cylinder with a bottom on one end and a cylindrical neck on the other. The transition area between the surface of the cylinder and the surface of the neck is spherical. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design according to the first and second variants is manifested in the shape of the bottle's outer surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the bottle in two variants, Fig. 2 - the bottom of the bottle in a side view in both variants, Fig. 3 - the bottom of the bottle according to the first variant, Fig. 4 - the bottom of the bottle according to the second variant, Figs. 5, 6, 8 and 9 show details of the neck of the bottles in both variants, Fig. 7 shows the transition between the middle part and the neck of the bottles, and Fig. 10 shows the recess in the bottom of the bottle according to the first variant. The bottle in both variants consists of three basic parts: the base, the middle part, and the neck. The base has a cylindrical surface, connected to the bottom by an arc on one side, while on the other side, by an arc, it transitions into a conical surface, tapering upward. The middle part of the bottles has a conical surface, widening upward, connecting to the conical surface of the base at the bottom, and at the top, it transitions through three cylindrical surfaces of decreasing diameter, located one above the other, into the cylindrical surface of the neck. The cylindrical surface of the neck transitions through a transition cone into a conical surface, tapering upward. The transition between the central part and the neck - Fig. 7 - is made of a series of cylindrical surfaces passing in an arc from one to the other. The base - Fig. 2 - of the bottles has two different bottoms, shown in Figs. 3 and 4, depending on the size of the bottle. In the bottom of the first variant, a recess is made, as shown in Fig. 10.
