D3187/JPL Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltu butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 butelke w widoku z jednego boku, fig. 4 butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 5 butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 6 butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sklada sie z korpusu i gwintowanej szyjki. Korpus ma postac przestrzennej bryly, która w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt elipsy, splaszczonej od strony tylnej sciany korpusu, przy czym przekroje poprzeczne korpusu wzrastaja stopniowo od szyjki ku podstawie korpusu. Korpus w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu równoramiennego, natomiast na scianie przedniej korpusu znajduje sie prostokatne pole etykietowe, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig. 1 do fig. 6.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLD3187/JPL Bottle The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the features of the lines, contours, and shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 the bottle in a side view, Fig. 5 the bottle in a top view, Fig. 6 the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it consists of a body and a threaded neck. The body has the form of a three-dimensional solid, which in cross-section has the shape of an ellipse, flattened on the back wall of the body, with the cross-sections of the body increasing gradually from the neck towards the base of the body. The body in the front view has a shape similar to an isosceles trapezoid, while on the front wall of the body there is a rectangular label field, as shown in the attached illustration, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
