PL 23399 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania ketchupów, musztard oraz innych sosów spozywczych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Butelka posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. Butelka jest przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku, na który fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – widok butelki z boku, fig. 3 – to dno butelki, a fig. 4 pokazuje butelke z nakretka. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bryla butelki jest bryla przestrzenna o ksztalcie eliptycznym. Ma wklesla, owalna podstawe, na srodku której znajduje sie okragle wybranie. Butelka jest zwezona lagodnie od podstawy, nastepnie rozszerza sie lukowo do polowy butelki i kolejno zweza sie do stozkowego przejscia butelki w wylot zaopatrzony w gwint na nakretke. W dolnej czesci bocznych scian butelki znajduja sie jajowate tloczenia, natomiast na scianach przedniej i tylnej znajduje sie pole etykietowe ograniczone z dolu i z góry lukowymi wybraniami. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bottle has a unique surface shape that creates an original three-dimensional effect. The bottle is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 – a side view of the bottle, Fig. 3 – the bottom of the bottle, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle with the cap. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The bottle's body is a three-dimensional body of elliptical shape. It has a concave, oval base, in the center of which there is a circular recess. The bottle tapers gently from the base, then widens in an arc to the middle of the bottle, and then tapers to a conical transition from the bottle to the outlet, which is threaded for a cap. The lower part of the bottle's side walls features egg-shaped embossing, while the front and rear walls feature a label field bordered at the top and bottom by arc-shaped recesses.
