Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dozownik przeznaczony do dozowania srodków czyszcza- cych i pioracych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac dozownika nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia dozownik w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - dozownik w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - dozownik w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - dozownik w przekroju wzdluznym. Dozownik jest to bryla o ksztalcie stozka scietego o podstawie elipsy. Dolna podstawa dozownika stanowi elipsa, która posiada zagiety kolnierz. Górna podstawa jest to elipsa, która w jednej trzeciej powierzchni jest scieta pod katem, tworzac ukosna powierzchnie. Ukosna powierzchnia w srodku posiada pólokragla czasze o ksztalcie pólkuli, wokól której jest uszczelka, a nad nia okragly pasek wzmacniajacy. Plaska powierzchnia górnej podstawy posiada równo oddalone od siebie wybrzuszenia o ksztalcie rozwartej litery podwójnej litery V polaczonej koncami. Wewnatrz dozownika jest pólokragla plytka, która usytuowana jest pod katem prostym do plaszczyzny górnej podstawy. Po bokach równolegle do plytki znajduja sie plytki o ksztalcie prostokata. Wewnatrz ukosnej powierzchni górnej podstawy nad czasza jest pierscien wzmacniajacy. Do pierscienia wzmacniajacego zamocowane sa równo oddalone od siebie cztery sprezyny, które w górnej czesci zamocowane sa do zamknietego paska tworzacego kwadrat o zaokraglonych bokach. Zamkniety pasek bo bokach zamocowany jest ramkami do dwóch pólowalnych plytek, przy czym do jednej plytki mocowane sa dwie ramki. The essence of the design is the dispenser's new and unique form, given in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The industrial design is illustrated in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the dispenser in a general view; Fig. 2 - the dispenser in a front view; Fig. 3 - the dispenser in a rear view; Fig. 4 - the dispenser in a longitudinal cross-section. The dispenser is a solid in the shape of a truncated cone with an elliptical base. The lower base of the dispenser is an ellipse with a bent flange. The upper base is an ellipse, one-third of which is cut at an angle, creating a diagonal surface. The diagonal surface in the center has a semicircular bowl shaped like a hemisphere, around which is a seal, and above it a circular reinforcing strip. The flat surface of the upper base has equally spaced protrusions in the shape of an open double V connected end to end. Inside the dispenser is a semicircular plate, situated at a right angle to the plane of the upper base. On the sides, parallel to the plate, are rectangular plates. Inside the diagonal surface of the upper base, above the bowl, is a reinforcing ring. Four equally spaced springs are attached to the reinforcing ring, which are attached at the top to a closed strip forming a square with rounded sides. The closed strip is attached to two semi-oval plates with frames on the sides, with two frames attached to one plate. Inside the front of the diagonal plane are three equally spaced trapezoidal plates. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The upper base is an ellipse with one-third of its surface cut at an angle, creating a diagonal surface. 4. The diagonal surface in the center has a semicircular, hemispherical cup, around which is a seal, and above it a circular reinforcing strip. 5. The flat surface of the upper base has equally spaced bulges in the shape of an open double V connected end to end. 6. Inside the dispenser is a semi-circular plate, perpendicular to the upper base. 7. Rectangular plates are located on the sides, parallel to the plate. 8. A reinforcing ring is located inside the diagonal surface of the upper base above the bowl. 9. Four equally spaced springs are attached to the reinforcing ring, which are attached at the top to a closed strip forming a square with rounded sides. 10.
