Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest butelka przeznaczona jako opakowanie sypkich i p lyn- nych produktów chemii gospodarczej. Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c butelki i jej odmiany, przejawiaj aca si e w kszta lcie oraz liniach obrysu i konturach. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego zosta l pokazany na za laczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w po- staci fotografii, na którym pokazano dwie odmiany butelki, przy czym fig. 1 do fig. 5 przedstawiaj a pierwsz a odmian e butelki, za s fig. 6 - fig. 10. 1. The essence of the design is a new, individually characterful form of the bottle and its variants, manifested in the shape and outline lines and contours. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in the form of a photograph, which shows two variants of the bottle, wherein fig. 1 to fig. 5 show the first variant of the bottle, while fig. 6 - fig. 10. 1. Essential features of the industrial design A bottle having a body in the form of an elongated solid with rounded corners and a base in the shape of a polygon and a handle, according to the first design, has a base similar to an isosceles trapezoid, and at the bottom and top a decorative element in the form of semicircular convexities located on the side walls of the bottle and gradually disappearing on the front and rear walls, placed on bulges separated from the smooth walls by arc-shaped chamfers in the upper and lower parts of the bottle. The upper chamfer has the form of two arcs connected one behind the other, bent gently upwards, with the first arc being located on the front wall of the bottle, and the second on the side and rear walls of the bottle. The lower chamfer has the form of two connected arcs bent gently downwards, with the first arc located on the front wall of the bottle and the second on the side and rear walls of the bottle. Around the handle there is a recess, the edges of which run parallel to the inner wall constituting the outline of the handle, wherein the upper edge of the recess is bent upwards in an arc shape, the side edges are straight and run diagonally towards the rear wall of the bottle, the lower edge of the recess is bent downwards in an arc shape, furthermore, between the recess around the bottle handle and the chamfer in the lower part of the bottle, on the rear and side walls of the bottle, there is a recess, the upper edge of which is bent downwards in an arc shape, the side edges are straight and run diagonally towards the rear part of the bottle, and the lower edge of which is bent downwards in an arc shape and parallel to the upper edge of the recess and to the lower bevels of the bottle. In the lower part of the bottle, on both side walls, between the recess and the front wall of the bottle, there are four oblique, elongated, parallel to each other, recesses, as shown in the illustrative material - fig. 1 to fig. 5. The second type of bottle, having a body in the form of an elongated block with rounded corners and a base close to an oval, has at the bottom and top a decorative element in the form of semicircular convexities located on the side walls of the bottle and gradually disappearing on the front and rear walls, placed on bulges separated from the smooth walls by arcuate bevels in the upper and lower parts of the bottle. The upper chamfer has the form of two connected arcs bent gently upwards, with the first arc being located on the front wall of the bottle and the second on the sides and back walls of the bottle. The lower chamfer has the form of two connected arcs bent gently downwards, with the first arc being located on the front wall of the bottle and the second on the sides and back walls of the bottle. On the side and rear walls of the bottle, between the lower and upper chamfers there is a recess, the upper edge of which is parallel to the upper chamfer and is bent upwards like an arc, the lower edge of the recess is parallel to the lower chamfer and is bent downwards like an arc, while the lateral edges are straight and run diagonally towards the rear wall of the bottle, furthermore, in the middle of each removed side wall of the bottle from the edge of the recess there is an elongated convexity parallel to the lower edge of this recess and ending in front of the edge of the side wall of the bottle.
