Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach na których: fig. 1 przedstawia butelke z nasadka w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia butelke z nasadka w widoku z boku fig. 3 przedstawia widok dna butelki. Butelka i nasadka wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego majaca w górnej czesci ksztalt eliptyczny, a w dolnej czesci trapezu, którego krótsza podstawa stanowi dno butelki. Wierzcholki krótszej podstawy trapezu sa zaokraglone. Sciany boczne butelki z nasadka tworza kat ostry równoramienny z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami.
