Butelka z nasadka. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z nasadka, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do przechowywania plynów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z nasadka, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach na których: fig.1 przedstawia butelke z nasadka w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 butelke z nasadka w widoku z boku fig. 3 widok dna butelki. Butelka i nasadka wykonane sa tworzywa sztucznego majacego w górnej czesci ksztalt eliptyczny, a w dolnej czesci trapezu, którego krótsza podstawa stanowi dno butelki. Wierzcholki krótszej podstawy trapezu sa zaokraglone. Sciany boczne butelki z nasadka tworza prostokat z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami. Dno butelki przypomina ksztaltem prostokat z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami i zaokraglonymi na zewnatrz bokami. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Butelka i nasadka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonane sa tworzywa sztucznego majacego w górnej czesci ksztalt eliptyczny, a wdolnej czesci trapezu, którego krótsza podstawa stanowi dno butelki. Wierzcholki krótszej podstawy trapezu sa zaokraglone. Sciany boczne butelki z nasadka tworza prostokat z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami. The bottom of the bottle resembles a rectangle with rounded tops and outwardly rounded sides. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The bottle and cap, according to the industrial design, are made of a plastic material with an elliptical upper section and a trapezoidal lower section, the shorter base of which forms the bottom of the bottle. The vertices of the shorter base of the trapezoid are rounded. The side walls of the bottle and cap form a rectangle with rounded tops.
