Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanister, który przeznaczony jest do konfekcjonowania produktów cieklych, a w szczególnosci do olejów przemyslowych, preparatów pielegnacyjnych i konserwujacych oraz plynów eksploatacyjnych do samochodów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kanistra przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i w zarysie linii tworzacych sciany kanistra. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1- przedstawia kanister w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - kanister w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - kanister w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 4 - kanister w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 5 - kanister w widoku z góry, fig. 6- kanister w widoku z dolu. Kanister jest bryla o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu, która z lewej strony jest zaokraglona, a z prawej strony jest splaszczona i ma lukowate wyciecie, a w górnej czesci wystep w ksztalcie pólkola, na którym znajduje sie wypukle „tao", oparte na ksztalcie kola, w które wpisany jest kwiat lotosu majacy dwa platki w ksztalcie kropli, a trzeci w ksztalcie plomyka. Podstawa ma wglebienie i wyciecia oraz zaokraglenie.Sciany czolowe kanistra maja ksztalt przyblizony do czworokata o dwóch katach prostych, jednym ostrym i jednym rozwartym. Przez lewa scianke ponizej szyjki kanistra i przez sciany czolowe: przednia i tylna, lukowato przechodza dwa wybrania, które koncza sie w prawym (lewym) dolnym rogu i tworzy z podstawa kat ostry. Na powierzchni pólkolistego wybrania, w górnej jego czesci znajduja sie wystepy w ksztalcie czaszy pólkuli. U góry kanistra na szyjce z gwintem jest zakretka z umieszczonym na niej „tao" oraz pionowymi wypustkami na powierzchni bocznej, a ponizej na lewej sciance znajduje sie pionowy, przezroczysty pasek. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze kanister jest bryla o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, która z lewej strony jest zaokraglona, a z prawej jest splaszczona i ma lukowate wyciecie, a w górnej czesci wystep w ksztalcie pólkola, na którym znajduje sie wypukle „tao", oparte na ksztalcie kola, w które wpisany jest kwiat lotosu majacy dwa platki w ksztalcie kropli, a trzeci w ksztalcie plomyka. Podstawa ma wglebienie i wyciecia oraz zaokraglenie. Sciany czolowe kanistra maja ksztalt przyblizony do czworokata o dwóch katach prostych, jednym ostrym i jednym rozwartym. Przez lewa scianke ponizej szyjki kanistra i przez sciany czolowe: przednia i tylna, lukowato przechodza dwa wybrania, które koncza sie w prawym (lewym) dolnym rogu i tworzy z podstawa kat ostry. Na powierzchni pólkolistego wybrania, w górnej jego czesci znajduja sie wystepy w ksztalcie czaszy pólkuli. U góry kanistra na szyjce z gwintem jest zakretka z umieszczonym na niej „tao" oraz pionowymi wypustkami na powierzchni bocznej, a ponizej na lewej sciance znajduje sie pionowy, przezroczysty pasek, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 do fig. 6.fig. 1fig. 2 fig. 5 fig. 6fig. 3 fig. 4 PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is for a canister intended for packaging liquid products, particularly industrial oils, care and preservation products, and automotive fluids. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the canister, manifested in the shape and outline of the lines forming the canister's walls. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the canister in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the canister in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the canister in a left-side view, Fig. 4 shows the canister in a right-side view, Fig. 5 shows the canister in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the canister in a bottom view. The canister is a solid roughly rectangular in shape, rounded on the left side and flattened on the right side with an arched recess. The upper part has a semicircular projection on which is a convex "tao" based on a circle, in which is inscribed a lotus flower with two drop-shaped petals and the third in the shape of a flame. The base has a recess, recesses, and a rounded corner. The front walls of the canister are roughly quadrangular in shape with two right angles, one acute and one obtuse. Two recesses run through the left wall below the neck of the canister and through the front and rear front walls, ending in the lower right (left) corner and forming an acute angle with the base. On the surface of the semicircular recess, in its upper part, there are protrusions in the shape of a hemisphere. At the top of the canister, on the threaded neck, is a cap with a "tao" placed on it and vertical protrusions on the side surface, and below, on the left wall, there is a vertical, transparent strip. The essential features of the industrial design are manifest in the fact that the canister is a cuboid shape, rounded on the left side, flattened on the right and with an arc-shaped cutout. In the upper part, there is a protrusion in the shape of a semicircle, on which is a convex "tao," based on the shape of a circle, in which is inscribed a lotus flower with two drop-shaped petals and the third in the shape of a flame. The base has a recess, cutouts, and a rounded shape. The canister's front walls are roughly quadrangular in shape, with two right angles: one acute and one obtuse. Two recesses run through the left wall below the canister's neck and through the front and rear front walls, ending in the lower right (left) corner and forming an acute angle with the base. The semicircular recess has projections in the shape of a hemisphere in its upper part. At the top of the canister, on the threaded neck, is a cap with a "tao" symbol and vertical projections on the side surface.
