The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the cigarette pack. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the cigarette pack in perspective views from the front, top, and side, with an open corner element; Fig. 2 shows the pack in perspective views from the front, top, and side, with a closed corner element; Fig. 3 shows the pack in perspective views from the back, top, and side; Fig. 4 shows the pack in front view; Fig. 5 shows the pack in front view with an open corner element; Fig. 6 shows the pack in back view with a closed corner element; Fig. 7 shows the pack in side view; Fig. 8 shows the pack in the other side view; Fig. 9 shows the pack in top view; and Fig. 10 shows the pack in bottom view. A cigarette package, designed according to an industrial design and shaped like a cuboidal solid, has the following significant features: in the upper corner of the solid, there is a corner element that tilts downward. The edges on the front and rear walls have the outline of an obtuse angle, while the edges on the top and side walls have the outline of a straight line. At the edge of the upper wall of the solid, located on the side of the corner element, there is a small hook with the outline of a trapezoid. In the lower part of one of the side walls, an oval outline is visible, and on the opposite side wall, an oval outline and an outline composed of a rectangle and a trapezoid are visible, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 to Fig. 8.
