Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce znajdujaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie srodków plynnych w gospodarstwie domowym, do magazynowania, transportowania i przechowywania dowolnych plynów. Istote rozwiazania stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie butelki, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosciach estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest zobrazowany na fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, widok z tylu jest identyczny, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 — butelke w widoku z drugiego boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru obejmujacy korpus z szyjka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly o zarysie dna zblizonego ksztaltem do prostokata o lukowatych bokach z wyoblonymi narozami i krawedziami, przy czym sciana szyjkowa ograniczajaca butelke od góry uformowana jest w postaci kopuly z usytuowana posrodku cylindryczna nagwintowana szyjka, pod która w czesci przedniej i tylnej sciany szyjkowej znajduja sie jednakowo odlegle o niejednakowej dlugosci wklesniecia rowkowe, a lukowato wypukle sciany boczne korpusu oparte na krótszym boku podstawy przechodza w górnej czesci w sciane szyjkowa. Sciana przednia i tylna butelki przebiegajaca pionowo posiada w poblizu dna wypukly pasek przechodzacy w wypukla krawedz, która laczy sciane przednia i tylna ze scianami bocznymi, oraz sciana szyjkowa. W polu sciany przedniej i tylnej blizej sciany bocznej i sciany szyjkowej znajduje sie owalny otwór, a wokól niego owalne wklesniecie sciany przedniej i tylnej, na wysokosci wklesniecia tych scian odchodzi lukowata raczka stanowiac sciane boczna - laczac sciane przednia, tylna i szyjkowa w górnej czesci butelki, oraz sciane przednia i tylna przy podstawie korpusu na dlugosci okolo 1/3 jego wysokosci, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 do 3. The essence of the design is a new form of the product, manifested in the bottle's shape, line layout, and aesthetic properties. The industrial design is illustrated in a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, the back view is identical, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the other side. A bottle according to the design comprising a body with a neck is characterized in that the body has the shape of a flattened solid with a bottom outline similar to a rectangle with arched sides with rounded corners and edges, wherein the neck wall limiting the bottle from the top is formed in the form of a dome with a cylindrical threaded neck situated in the middle, under which in the front and rear parts of the neck wall there are equally spaced grooved concavities of unequal length, and the arched-convex side walls of the body resting on the shorter side of the base turn into the neck wall in the upper part. The front and rear walls of the bottle, running vertically, have a convex strip near the bottom that transitions into a convex edge that connects the front and rear walls with the side walls and the neck wall. In the area of the front and rear walls, closest to the side wall and the neck wall, there is an oval opening, and around it is an oval concavity of the front and rear walls. At the height of the concavity of these walls, an arc-shaped handle extends, constituting a side wall - connecting the front, rear, and neck walls in the upper part of the bottle, as well as the front and rear walls at the base of the body, at a length of approximately 1/3 of its height, as shown in the attached photographs Figs. 1 to 3.
